Целью работы является разработать экономически обоснованную стратегию выхода ПАО «Газпром нефть» на рынок газового конденсата Китайской Народной Республики. Работа выполнена на базе ПАО «Газпром нефть». Использованные методы: Анализ нормативных и статистических документов, анализ рынка, анализ конкурентов, SWOT-анализ, TWOS-анализ, показатели экономической эффективности, анализ финансовой стабильности, моделирование организационной структуры, моделирование бизнес-процессов. Основные результаты работы: – Проведен комплексный анализ китайского рынка газового конденсата и выявлены ключевые тенденции спроса и ценообразования. – Выполнен SWOT-анализ потенциала ПАО «Газпром нефть» при выходе на рынок КНР и определены основные барьеры и точки роста. – Разработан пилотный проект поставок газового конденсата в Китай с графиком запуска и этапами реализации. – Составлен финансовый план проекта и рассчитана его экономическая эффективность. – Предложены оптимальные логистические решения и оценены сопутствующие риски. Область применения результатов ВКР: результаты могут быть использованы ПАО «Газпром нефть» и другими нефтегазовыми компаниями при планировании и реализации проектов по экспорту газового конденсата в Китай. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы/разработаны следующие информационные технологии, в том числе Yandex Browser, Google Chrome, Acrobat Reader, Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop an economically sound strategy for Gazprom Nefts entry into the gas condensate market of the Peoples Republic of China. The work has been carried out on the materials Gazprom neft PJSC. Research methods used: Analysis of regulatory and statistical documents, market analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, TWOS analysis, economic efficiency indicators, financial stability analysis, organizational structure modeling, business process modeling. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – A comprehensive analysis of the Chinese gas condensate market has been conducted and key trends in demand and pricing have been identified. – A SWOT analysis of Gazprom Nefts potential in entering the Chinese market has been performed and the main barriers and growth points have been identified. – A pilot project for gas condensate supplies to China has been developed with a launch schedule and implementation stages. – A financial plan for the project has been drawn up and its economic efficiency has been calculated. – Optimal logistical solutions have been proposed and the associated risks have been assessed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application: “Gazprom Neft” PJSC and other oil and gas companies can use the results in the planning and implementation of projects for the export of gas condensate to China. Conclusions. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determine. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used, including Yandex Browser, Google Chrome, Acrobat Reader, Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
