Цель работы: внедрение системы автоматизации процесса распределения заработной платы по проектам в Фонда, для снижения затрат, улучшения качества работы и снижения человеческого фактора. Задачи работы: 1. Проанализировать текущий бизнес-процесс выплаты заработной платы сотрудникам. 2. Сформировать требования к будущей автоматизированной системе. 3. Построить и описать процессы, связанные с выплатой заработной платы сотрудникам. 4. Описать готовое автоматизированное решение по выплате заработной платы сотрудникам. 5. Оцените затраты и ожидаемый экономический эффект от внедрения систем. Работа проводилась на базе Фонда Росконгресс. Методы: сбор и анализ данных, формирование требований, построение модели «КАК ЕСТЬ» и «КАК БУДЕТ», описание бизнес-процесса расчета заработной платы в нотации Archimate, разработка регламентов, оценка эффективности проекта. Основные результаты работы: построены модели AS IS и TO BE, реализована система распределения заработной платы по проектам для Фонда Росконгресс, описан построенный бизнес-процесс, построена диаграмма Ганта, построена модель диаграммы переходов, проведена оценка эффективности проекта. Практическая значимость работы заключается во внедрении системы в общую автоматизированную экосистему фонда, ее совершенствовании и дополнении существующих готовых решений, снижении затрат, повышении конфиденциальности данных и упрощении работы сотрудников. Выводы. Задачи ВКР были решены, цель достигнута, и определен масштаб результатов.

The purpose of the work: to implement a system for automating the process of distributing salaries for projects in the Fund, to reduce costs, improve the quality of work and reduce the human factor. Tasks of the work: 1. Analysis of the current state of document flow in the group of companies and at the new enterprise 2. Formation of requirements to an EDMS for successful integration 3. Building a business model of document management in accordance with the requirements, description of document management processes and development of regulations 4. An EDMS configuration, assigning user roles and development of document templates 5. Evaluation of costs and expected economic effect from system implementation. Work is performed based on «Nord Company» group of companies. Methods: data collection and analysis, formation of requirements, building of AS IS and TO BE models, description of document management processes using BPMN, development of regulations, evaluation of project efficiency. The main results of the work: an EDMS is implemented at the production enterprise of CJSC «Peterpipe», AS IS and TO BE models are built, the document flow processes are described, the regulations are developed, the system is configured, the user roles are assigned, the document templates are developed, the expected economic effect of the project is evaluated. The practical significance of the work is the integration of the enterprise into a single IT infrastructure of the group of companies, cost reduction, optimization of business processes of the enterprise and increasing the speed of document processing, which improves the overall efficiency. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
