Цель работы: внедрение СЭД на предприятии  для повышения эффективности документооборота и обеспечения интеграции предприятия в группу компаний. Задачи работы: 1. Дать характеристику предприятия и группы компаний, проанализировать текущее состояние документооборота в группе компаний и на новом предприятии. 2. Сформировать требования к системе электронного документооборота на новом предприятии. 3. Построить бизнес-модель документооборота в соответствии с требованиями, описать процессы документооборота и разработать регламенты. 4. Выполнить настройку СЭД, назначение ролей пользователей и разработку шаблонов документов. 5. Продемонстрировать работу системы. 6. Оценить затраты и ожидаемый экономический эффект от внедрения системы. Работа выполнена на базе группы компаний «Северная Компания». Методы: сбор и анализ данных, формирование требований, построение моделей AS IS и TO BE, описание процессов документооборота с помощью BPMN, разработка регламентов, оценка эффективности проекта. Основные результаты работы: внедрена СЭД на предприятии, построены модели AS и TO BE, описаны процессы документооборота, разработаны регламенты, произведена настройка системы, проведена оценка ожидаемого экономического эффекта проекта. Практическая значимость работы состоит в интеграции предприятия в единую ИТ-инфраструктуру группы компаний, снижении затрат, оптимизации бизнес-процессов предприятия и повышении скорости обработки документов. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work: implementation of an EDMS at the enterprise to improve document flow efficiency and ensure integration of the enterprise into the group of companies. Tasks of the work: 1. Description of the enterprise and the group of companies, analysis of the current state of document flow in the group of companies and at the new enterprise. 2. Formation of requirements to an EDMS at the new enterprise. 3. Building a business model of document management in accordance with the requirements, description of document management processes and development of regulations. 4. An EDMS configuration, assigning user roles and development of document templates. 5. Demonstration of the system. 6. Evaluation of costs and expected economic effect from system implementation. Work is performed on the basis of «Nord Company» group of companies. Methods: data collection and analysis, formation of requirements, building of AS IS and TO BE models, description of document management processes using BPMN, development of regulations, evaluation of project efficiency. The main results of the work: an EDMS is implemented at the enterprise, AS IS and TO BE models are built,  the document flow processes are described,  the regulations are developed, the system is configured, the user roles are assigned, the document templates are developed, the expected economic effect of the project is evaluated. The practical significance of the work is the integration of the enterprise into a single IT infrastructure of the group of companies, cost reduction, optimisation of business processes of the enterprise and increasing the speed of document processing. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
