Работа посвящена описанию процесса создания модели сцены настольного театра теней из латуни и стали. Работа представляет собой комплексный анализ существующих аналогов, изучение исторического аспекта использования настольных сцен для воспитания детей и развития детского воображения. Исследуется эволюция театра теней как вида театрального искусства. Проект включает в себя разработку концепции и эскизов декораций с обоснованием выбора материалов для их изготовления, а также отрисовку диафильма по музыкальной симфонической сказке «Петя и Волк» С.С. Прокофьева для наглядной демонстрации возможностей использования сцены. Вторая часть работы заключается в подробном разборе выбранных технологий обработки материалов, а также в поэтапном описании процесса их проведения. Заключающей частью исследования является экономический расчет и трудоемкость производства изделия в промышленных масштабах, а также составление плана производства, на котором возможно проведение данного вида работ и создание проектов. Рассчитаны сроки окупаемости бизнеса при условии запуска производства проекта в изготовление.

The work is devoted to the description of the process of creating a model of a tabletop shadow theater stage from brass and steel. The work is a comprehensive analysis of existing analogues, a study of the historical aspect of using tabletop stages for raising children and developing childrens imagination. The evolution of shadow theater as a type of theatrical art is explored. The project includes the development of the concept and sketches of the scenery with the rationale for the choice of materials for their manufacture, as well as the drawing of a filmstrip based on the musical symphonic fairy tale "Petya and the Wolf" by S.S. Prokofiev for a visual demonstration of the possibilities of using the stage. The second part of the work consists of a detailed analysis of the selected technologies for processing materials, as well as a step-by-step description of the process of their implementation. The final part of the study is the economic calculation and labor intensity of the production of the product on an industrial scale, as well as the preparation of a production plan on which this type of work can be carried out and projects created. The payback periods of the business are calculated subject to the launch of the project production.
