Целью работы являлось внедрение системы «Реестр ВЭД» для оперативного управления мультимодальными перевозками на предприятии, оказывающем логистическо-экспедиторские услуги в сфере импорта и ВЭД. Задачи работы: - анализ деятельности организации и выявление проблем, требующих информационной поддержки; - формирование требований к системе и ограничений проекта; - сравнительный анализ возможных решений; - описание хода проекта внедрения системы и результатов; - оценка эффективности внедрения. Методы: сравнительный анализ, мультикритериальный анализ, моделирование бизнес-процессов с использованием нотаций, методы управления проектами, гибкие методологии, экспертное оценивание, обработка экспертных оценок, методы оценки эффективности проектов, методы оценки рисков. Основные результаты работы: - доказана необходимость внедрения системы с помощью анализа деятельности предприятия; - сформулированы требования к системе; - проведен сравнительный анализ существующих решений на рынке; - выполнен анализ бизнес-процессов на предприятии; - создана архитектура системы; - составлен план внедрения системы; - описаны реализованные модули системы; - составлен план обучений пользователей; - проведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта; - проведена оценка рисков проекта внедрения; - составлен план антирисковых мероприятий. Практическая значимость работы определяется результатами реализации проекта для компании: сокращение сроков обработки заказа, улучшения отношений с клиентом посредством персонализации и автоматизации отчетной деятельности. В заключении можно сказать, что задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work was to implement the «Reestr VED» system for the operational management of multimodal transport at an enterprise providing logistics and forwarding services in the field of import and foreign economic activity. Tasks of work: - analysis of the organisations activities and identification of problems requiring information support; - Formulation of system requirements and project constraints; - Comparative analysis of possible solutions; - Description of the course of the system implementation project and its results; - Assessment of the effectiveness of implementation. Methods: comparative analysis, multi-criteria analysis, business process modelling using notation, project management methods, agile methodologies, expert assessment, processing of expert assessments, project effectiveness assessment methods, risk assessment methods. Main results of the work: - the need to implement the system was proven through analysis of the companys activities; - System requirements have been formulated. - A comparative analysis of existing solutions on the market has been conducted. - An analysis of business processes at the enterprise has been performed. - The system architecture has been created. - A system implementation plan has been drawn up. - The implemented system modules have been described. - A user training plan has been drawn up. - The economic efficiency of the project has been assessed. - An assessment of the risks of the implementation project was carried out. - An anti-risk measures plan was drawn up. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the project implementation for the company: reduction of order processing times, improvement of customer relations through personalisation and automation of reporting activities. In conclusion, it can be said that the tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
