Цель исследования: Разработка практических предложений по внедрению информационных технологий (включая роботизированные закупки) в закупочные процессы ООО «Газпромнефть-Снабжение», оценка их эффективности и возможностей масштабирования на предприятия нефтегазового комплекса. Исследование выполнялось на базе: ООО «Газпромнефть-Снабжение» Предмет исследования: процесс использования информационных технологий в закупочной деятельности предприятия. Методы исследования: системный, стратегический и ситуационный анализ, экспертные оценки, экономико-математическое моделирование. Основные результаты исследования: - Систематизированы теоретические аспекты организации закупок для нефтегазовых предприятий, включая инструменты планирования и управления рисками. - Проведена производственно-экономическая характеристика ООО «Газпромнефть-Снабжение» с анализом ключевых показателей эффективности. - Оценены применяемые информационные продукты и выявлены перспективы и риски развития информационных систем в закупочных процессах. - Разработаны предложения по внедрению роботизированных закупок, включая информационную модель процесса и оценку экономической эффективности. - Обоснована возможность применения разработанных решений на других предприятиях отрасли. Область применения результатов ВКР: реализация предложений в деятельности ООО «Газпромнефть-Снабжение», тиражирование решений на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса и смежных отраслей. Научная новизна исследования: разработка методики внедрения роботизированных закупок для нефтегазовых предприятий, включая: - Классификацию рисков цифровизации закупочных процессов. - Информационную модель RPA-системы. - Критерии оценки экономической эффективности автоматизации. Выводы. 1. Задачи ВКР решены: разработаны предложения по оптимизации закупок через ИТ, создана модель роботизированных закупок, оценена их эффективность. 2. Внедрение RPA в ООО «Газпромнефть-Снабжение» сократит сроки закупок на 47% и трудозатраты на 25%. 3. Результаты обладают научной новизной и практической значимостью для отрасли. 4. Перспективы: адаптация модели для других категорий закупок, интеграция с AI-системами.

Objective of the study: Development of practical proposals for the implementation of information technologies (including robotic procurement) in the procurement processes of Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie LLC, assessment of their effectiveness and scalability to enterprises of the oil and gas complex. The study was carried out on the basis of: Gazpromneft- Snabzhenie LLC Subject of the study: the process of using information technologies in the procurement activities of the enterprise. Research methods: system, strategic and situational analysis, expert assessments, economic and mathematical modeling. Main results of the study: - The theoretical aspects of organizing procurement for oil and gas enterprises, including planning and risk management tools, have been systematized. - Conducted production and economic characteristics of Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie LLC with analysis of key performance indicators. - Assessed the applied information products and identified the prospects and risks of development of information systems in procurement processes. - Developed proposals for the implementation of robotic procurement, including an information model of the process and assessment of economic efficiency. - Substantiated the possibility of applying the developed solutions to other enterprises in the industry. Scope of application of the final qualifying work results: implementation of proposals in the activities of Gazpromneft- Snabzhenie LLC, replication of solutions at enterprises of the oil and gas complex and related industries. Scientific novelty of the study: development of a methodology for the implementation of robotic procurement for oil and gas enterprises, including: - Classification of risks of digitalization of procurement processes. - Information model of the RPA system. - Criteria for assessing the economic efficiency of automation. Conclusions. 1. The tasks of the final qualifying work have been solved: proposals for optimizing procurement through IT have been developed, a model of robotic procurement has been created, their effectiveness has been assessed. 2. Implementation of RPA at Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie LLC will reduce procurement time by 47% and labor costs by 25%. 3. The results are scientifically novel and of practical importance for the industry. 4. Prospects: adaptation of the model for other procurement categories, integration with AI systems.
