The given work is devoted to explores the influence of atomic state relaxa-tion and probe-induced frequency shifts on the fluorescence response under pulsed excitation. The dynamics of a two-level atom are formulated using a density matrix approach, and the resulting Bloch-type equations are numerically integrated via the fourth-order Runge-Kutta algorithm. By simulating Ramsey and Hyper-Ramsey interrogation protocols, the study identifies parameter regimes where the relaxation effects and light shifts counterbalance each other, contributing to improved fre-quency resolution.
