Данная работа посвящена исследованию особенностей экономических отношений Европейского союза со странами Латинской Америки. Особое внимание уделено развитию отношений, особенностям экономического взаимодействия между регионами, а также перспективам углубления их интеграции. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1) проследить эволюцию отношений стран ЕС-ЛА. 2) проанализировать основные форматы межрегионального сотрудничества. 3) охарактеризовать торгово-экономические связи и инвестиционное взаимодействие Евросоюза и стран Латинской Америки. 4) обозначить роль Евросоюза в экономическом развитии Латинской Америки. 5) выявить основные препятствия для углубления экономической интеграции и обозначить перспективные направления сотрудничества стран Евросоюза и Латинской Америки. Работа проведена на анализе отечественной и зарубежной литературы для детализации исследуемого предмета с целью конкретного изучения политико-экономического взаимодействия Латинской Америки и Евросоюза, с помощью: историко-сравнительный анализ, статистический и эконометрический анализ с использованием данных Eurostat для оценки динамики торговли, инвестиций, структурных асимметрий, а также методе индукции для прогнозирования возможного развития экономических отношений. В результате были проанализированы особенности экономического взаимодействия двух регионов и их торгово-инвестиционная динамика. Разработаны рекомендации по развитию партнерства в сферах зеленого перехода, цифровизации и инфраструктуры. Были сделаны выводы о положительной динамике отношений двух регионов при гармонизации стандартов и гибких форматов для преодоления асимметрии и укрепления экономической связи.

The given work is devoted to the study specifics of economic relations between the European Union and Latin American countries. Attention is paid to the development of these relations, the specifics of economic interaction between the regions, and the prospects for deepening their integration. The research sets the following goals: 1. To trace the evolution of relations between the EU and Latin American countries. 2. To analyze the main formats of interregional cooperation. 3. To characterize trade, economic ties, and investment interactions between the European Union and Latin American countries. 4. To examine the role of the European Union in the economic development of Latin America. To identify the main obstacles to deepening economic integration and identify promising areas of cooperation between the EU and Latin American countries. The work was fulfilled on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature to detail the subject under study with the aim of a specific study of the political and economic interaction between Latin America and the European Union using: historical and comparative analysis, statistical and econometric analysis using Eurostat data to assess the dynamics of trade, investment, structural asymmetries, as well as the induction method to predict the possible development of economic relations. As a result, the specifics of economic interaction between the two regions and their trade and investment dynamics were analyzed. Recommendations were developed for developing partnerships in the areas of green transition, digitalization, and infrastructure. Conclusions were drawn regarding the positive dynamics of relations between the two regions through the harmonization of standards and flexible formats to overcome asymmetries and strengthen economic ties.
