Данная работа посвящена анализу системы управления охраной труда в строительной компании, оценке эффективности и разработке по улучшению этой системы. Объектом исследования является управление охраной труда. Предметом исследования является разработка и совершенствование управления охраной труда для строительной организации. Целью работы является разработка системы управления охраной труда для конкретной строительной организации с учётом отраслевых особенностей. Задачи, которые выполнены в ходе работы: 1.Анализ состояния охраны труда в строительной отрасли. 2.Разработка системы управления охраной труда с учетом особенностей строительных организаций. 3.Реализация разработанной системы управления охраной труда на примере организации проведения монолитных работ. В результате работы была представлена и усовершенствована схема СУОТ для конкретной строительной организации, отражающая структуру управления, взаимосвязь элементов системы и порядок их взаимодействия. Сформулированы основные направления совершенствования: уточнение описания СУОТ, разработка механизмов повышения ее эффективности, оптимизация документооборота, повышение квалификации персонала Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы такие информационные технологии, как официальный интернет-портал правовой информации (pravo.gov.ru), Политех электронная библиотека (elib.spbstu.ru), научная электронная библиотека (www.elibrary.ru), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the occupational health and safety management system in a construction company, its effectiveness assessment, and the development of improvement strategies. The object of the study is occupational health and safety management. The subject of the study is the development and improvement of occupational health and safety management for a construction organization. The objective of the work is to develop and implement occupational health and safety management elements for a construction organization. Tasks completed during the work: 1. Analysis of the state of occupational health and safety in the construction industry. 2. Development of an occupational health and safety management system taking into account the specific needs of construction organizations. 3. Implementation of the developed occupational health and safety management system using the example of a monolithic construction project. As a result of the work, an OHSMS diagram for a specific construction organization was developed and refined, reflecting the management structure, the interrelationships of system elements, and the order in which they interact. Key areas for improvement were identified: clarifying the OHSMS description, developing mechanisms to enhance its effectiveness, optimizing document flow, and improving personnel qualifications. To achieve these results, information technologies such as the official legal information internet portal (pravo.gov.ru), the Polytechnic Electronic Library (elib.spbstu.ru), the scientific electronic library (www.elibrary.ru), Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Excel were used in the work.
