Данная работа посвящена разработке Android-приложения для помощи врачам-стоматологам в ведении и анализе пародонтологической документации во время осмотра. В процессе реализации был проведен анализ способа заполнения пародонтологической карты, алгоритмов расчета индексов, существующих программных решений, архитектур и инструментов для построения мобильных приложений. В ходе работы с применением языка программирования Kotlin, фреймворков Jetpack Compose и Spring Boot было разработано мобильное приложение на базе операционной системы Android и серверная часть для связи с хранилищами данных, в качестве которых были выбраны СУБД PostgreSQL и Yandex S3. Разработанное приложение было протестировано с помощью модульных, интеграционных и системных тестов. Для оценки эффективности внедрения мобильного приложения в стоматологической практике был проведен эксперимент, в ходе которого были сравнены временные затраты проведения пародонтологического осмотра.
This work is devoted to the development of an Android application to help dentists manage and analyze periodontal documentation during an examination. During the implementation process, an analysis of the method of filling in the periodontal chart, algorithms for calculating indices, existing software solutions, architectures and tools for building mobile applications was carried out. In the course of work using the Kotlin programming language, Jetpack Compose and Spring Boot frameworks, a mobile application based on the Android operating system and a server part for communication with data storage systems were developed, which were chosen by the PostgreSQL and Yandex S3 databases. The developed application has been tested using unit, integration, and system tests. To evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of a mobile application in dental practice, an experiment was conducted in which the time costs of conducting a periodontal examination were compared.
