Целью работы является проведение комплексного анализа финансового состояния China Southern Airlines и разработка практических мер, направленных на укрепление финансового положения и повышение экономической эффективности компании. Были решены следующие задачи: - изучить и систематизировать теоретические аспекты финансового анализа предприятия; - осуществить всестороннюю оценку финансово-хозяйственной деятельности CSA; - на основе выявленных проблем разработать целенаправленный комплекс мероприятий и стратегических решений, нацеленных на улучшение ключевых финансовых показателей и укрепление общего финансового положения компании; - дать предварительную качественную и, где это возможно, количественную оценку ожидаемого эффекта от реализации предложенных мероприятий. Источниками информации выступили исследования отечественных и зарубежных ученых в области финансового анализа, корпоративных финансов, финансового менеджмента и экономики предприятия. Для анализа финансового состояния предприятия использовались информационно-аналитическая система «СПАРК» и пакет MS Office (Excel). В результате исследования выявлены ключевые проблемы финансового состояния China Southern Airlines, разработан комплекс мероприятий по оптимизации структуры капитала, обновлению парка воздушных судов и совершенствованию коммерческой политики, реализация которых позволит повысить ликвидность, финансовую устойчивость и рентабельность компании.

The purpose of the work is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the financial condition of China Southern Airlines and to develop practical measures aimed at strengthening the company’s financial position and improving its economic efficiency. The following objectives were accomplished: to study and systematize the theoretical aspects of financial analysis of an enterprise; to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the financial and economic activities of CSA; based on the identified problems, to develop a targeted set of measures and strategic solutions aimed at improving key financial indicators and strengthening the overall financial position of the company; to provide a preliminary qualitative and, where possible, quantitative assessment of the expected effect from the implementation of the proposed measures. The sources of information included studies of Russian and foreign scholars in the fields of financial analysis, corporate finance, financial management, and enterprise economics. For the analysis of the company’s financial condition, the «SPARK» information and analytical system and the MS Office package (Excel) were used. As a result of the research, the key problems of the financial condition of China Southern Airlines were identified, and a set of measures aimed at optimizing the capital structure, renewing the aircraft fleet, and improving commercial policy was developed, the implementation of which will increase the company’s liquidity, financial stability, and profitability.
