Целью работы является оценка влияния санкций на стоимость компании нефтегазовой отрасли и разработка рекомендаций по управлению стоимостью ПАО «Газпром» в условиях санкционных ограничений. В рамках настоящей работы были решены следующие задачи: − рассмотрены теоретические основы оценки стоимости компании и факторы, влияющие на ее формирование; − проанализированы методические подходы к оценке влияния факторов на стоимость компании; − сформирована база данных по российским нефтегазовым компаниям и построена эконометрическая модель влияния санкций на их стоимость; − проведен анализ внешней и внутренней среды ПАО «Газпром», включая оценку его финансового положения; − разработаны рекомендации по управлению стоимостью ПАО «Газпром» в условиях санкционных ограничений и оценен их потенциальный эффект. Информационной базой исследования выступили данные отечественной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и методических пособий. Сбор данных для исследования осуществлялся с использованием информационно-аналитической платформы «СПАРК». Анализ и обработка данных проводилась с помощью программной платформы KNIME. Финансовый анализ компании осуществлялся с использованием пакета MS Office (Excel). Результаты проведенного исследования представляют практическую значимость для компаний нефтегазовой отрасли, а также органов государственной власти, которые необходимо учитывать при разработке корректирующих и поддерживающих мер.

The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of sanctions on the value of company in the oil and gas industry and to develop recommendations for managing the value of PJSC Gazprom in the context of sanctions. The following tasks have been solved in the framework of this work: − the theoretical foundations of company valuation and the factors influencing its formation were examined; − methodological approaches to assessing the impact of various factors on a company value were analyzed; − a database on Russian oil and gas companies was compiled, and an econometric model of the impact of sanctions on their value was developed; − an analysis of the external and internal environment of PJSC Gazprom was conducted, including an assessment of its financial position; − recommendations for managing the value of PJSC Gazprom under sanctions-related restrictions were developed, and their potential effect was assessed. The information base of study was the data of domestic scientific research literature, official Internet resources and manuals. Data collection for the work was carried out using the SPARK information and analytical platform. Data analysis and processing was carried out using the KNIME software platform. The financial analysis of the company was carried out using the MS Office (Excel) package. The results of the study are of practical significance for companies in the oil and gas industry, as well as to government authorities, and should be taken into account when developing corrective and supportive measures.
