В данном проекте представлена проработка архитектурных, пространственно-планировочных и конструктивных решений при проектировании торгово-развлекательного комплекса на территории Санкт- Петербурга. Также проведён анализ влияния различных загрязняющих веществ на окружающую среду в период эксплуатации торгово-развлекательного комплекса с составлением карт рассеивания вредных веществ от источников загрязнения атмосферного воздуха на территории здания. Также предложены меры снижения концентрации негативно влияющих на атмосферу веществ. В выпускной квалификационной работе содержатся решения по обеспечению пожарной безопасности и мероприятия по обеспечению доступа маломобильных групп населения. Квалификационная работа сформирована в соответствии с техническим заданием на проектирование здания, а также с учётом требований действующих нормативных актов. В ходе выполнения работы применялись следующие программные обеспечения: УПРЗА «Эколог», Autodesk Revit 2023, Autodesk nanoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, SCAD.

This project presents the elaboration of architectural, spatial planning and constructive solutions for the design of a shopping and entertainment complex in St. Petersburg. The analysis of the impact of various pollutants on the environment during the operation of the shopping and entertainment complex was also carried out with the compilation of maps of the dispersion of harmful substances from sources of atmospheric air pollution in the building. Measures to reduce the concentration of substances negatively affecting the atmosphere are also proposed. The final qualifying work contains solutions to ensure fire safety and measures to ensure access for low-mobility groups of the population. The qualification work was formed in accordance with the terms of reference for the design of the building, as well as taking into account the requirements of current regulations. In the course of the work, the following software was used: Microsoft Ecologist, Autodesk Revit 2023, Autodesk nanoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, SCAD.
