Данная работа посвящена проектированию торгово-развлекательного комплекса на территории Санкт-Петербурга и охватывает разработку архитектурных, объёмно-планировочных и конструктивных решений объекта. В работе выполнены расчёты конструктивных элементов здания, произведён подбор необходимого армирования для обеспечения требуемой несущей способности конструкций, а также проведена оценка воздействия загрязняющих веществ на атмосферный воздух в период эксплуатации комплекса с составлением карт рассеивания вредных выбросов от источников загрязнения. Разработан комплекс мероприятий по охране окружающей среды и снижению концентрации вредных веществ в атмосфере. Помимо этого, в работе рассмотрены вопросы обеспечения пожарной безопасности и организации доступной среды для маломобильных групп населения. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена в соответствии с техническим заданием и требованиями действующей нормативной документации. В процессе проектирования и расчётов использовались следующие программы: расчётный комплекс УПРЗА «Эколог» и «АТП-Эколог», системы автоматизированного проектирования Autodesk Revit 2022 и nanoCAD, расчётно-аналитический комплекс SCAD, а также пакет прикладных программ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

This project is dedicated to the design of a shopping and entertainment complex in St Petersburg and covers the development of architectural, spatial planning and structural solutions for the facility. The thesis includes calculations of the building’s structural elements, the selection of the necessary reinforcement to ensure the required load-bearing capacity of the structures, and an assessment of the impact of pollutants on ambient air during the complex’s operation, including the preparation of dispersion maps for harmful emissions from pollution sources. A set of measures has been developed to protect the environment and reduce the concentration of harmful substances in the atmosphere. In addition, the thesis addresses issues of fire safety and the provision of an accessible environment for people with reduced mobility. The final qualification project has been completed in accordance with the technical specifications and the requirements of current regulatory documentation. The following software was used during the design and calculation process: the UPRZA «Ecologist» «ATP- Ecologist» calculation package, the Autodesk Revit 2022 and nanoCAD computer-aided design systems, the SCAD calculation and analysis package, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
