Данная работа посвящена оценке экономической эффективности внедрения цифрового модуля управления дебиторской задолженностью на промышленном предприятии.В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи:1.Изучение теоретических основ цифровизации промышленных предприятий и подходов к оценке экономической эффективности цифровых решений.2.Обзор методов оценки эффективности инвестиций в цифровые проекты и анализ отраслевой практики внедрения цифровых модулей.3.Анализ организационно-экономической деятельности истратегического положения ПАО «Северсталь», диагностика состояния оборотного капитала компании.4.Разработка цифрового модуля управления оборотным капиталом и обоснование его функциональной архитектуры.5.Расчёт экономического эффекта от внедрения цифрового модуля и оценка инвестиционной привлекательности проекта.Работа выполнялась на материалах ПАО «Северсталь». В ходе работы рассмотрены особенности цифровой трансформации в чёрной металлургии, проанализирована финансовая отчётность компании по РСБУ, рассчитаны показатели оборачиваемости и финансового цикла, разработана концепция цифрового модуля и определены источники экономии от его внедрения.Результатом работы стала разработка цифрового модуля управления оборотным капиталом для ПАО «Северсталь» и оценка экономической эффективности его внедрения. Для предложенного решения рассчитаны NPV, срок окупаемости, индекс рентабельности инвестиций и прогноз изменения операционных и финансовых показателей предприятия. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы следующие информационные технологии: Обработка массивов данных, расчет показателей в MSExcel, визуализация данных через MS PowerPoint.

This thesis is devoted to the assessment of the economic efficiency of implementing a digital accounts receivable management module at an industrial enterprise. The following tasks were addressed in the course of the research: 1. Studying the theoretical foundations of industrial enterprise digitalization and approaches to evaluating the economic efficiency of digital solutions. 2. Reviewing methods for assessing the efficiency of investments in digital projects and analyzing industry practices of digital module implementation. 3. Analyzing the organizational and economic activities and strategic position of PJSC Severstal, diagnosing the state of the companys working capital. 4. Developing a digital working capital management module and substantiating its functional architecture. 5. Calculating the economic effect of the digital modules implementation and assessing the investment attractiveness of the project. The research was carried out on the materials of PJSC Severstal. The work examined the specifics of digital transformation in the ferrous metallurgy industry, analyzed the companys financial statements prepared under RAS, calculated turnover ratios and the cash conversion cycle, developed the concept of the digital module and identified sources of cost savings from its implementation. The result of the work is a digital working capital management module designed for PJSC Severstal together with the assessment of the economic efficiency of its implementation. The proposed solution is supported by the calculation of NPV, payback period, profitability index and the forecast of changes in the companys operational and financial indicators. The following information technologies were used to achieve these results: processing of data sets and calculation of indicators in MS Excel, data visualization via MS PowerPoint.
