Цель работы – на основе комплексного анализа деятельности компании разработать перечень мероприятий, направленных на повышение экономической эффективности ее деятельности, и оценить их экономическую целесообразность. В качестве объекта исследования выступает ООО «Газпром межрегионгаз». Для достижения цели были решены следующие задачи: анализ теоретических подходов к определению экономической эффективности и специфика факторной среды предприятий газоснабжения, обзор газовой отрасли России, комплексный анализ положения ООО «Газпром межрегионгаз» и определение ключевых резервов повышения экономической эффективности деятельности компании, разработка перечня мероприятий, адресованных выявленным резервам повышения экономической эффективности, оценка экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий. В ходе работы проведены SWOT-анализ, PESTEL-анализ, расчёт показателей эффективности инвестиционных проектов (NPV, IRR, PI, DPP), анализ чувствительности по сценариям и метод экспертных оценок. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена системообразующим положением ООО «Газпром межрегионгаз» в газовой отрасли РФ. Предложенные меры адресованы действующим ограничениям в деятельности компании и могут использоваться для обоснования управленческих решений. Использованные программные средства и информационные ресурсы: Microsoft Excel, КонсультантПлюс, СПАРК-Интерфакс, базы данных Петербургской биржи, Figma, Yandex Browser.

Objective of the study based on a comprehensive analysis of the companys operations, to develop a set of measures aimed at improving its economic efficiency and to evaluate their economic feasibility. The object of the study is Gazprom mezhregiongaz LLC. The following tasks were formulated in the course of the study: analysis of theoretical approaches to defining economic efficiency and the specifics of the factor environment of fuel and energy sector enterprises, review of the natural gas industry of the Russian Federation, comprehensive analysis of the position of Gazprom mezhregiongaz LLC and identification of key reserves for improving the companys economic efficiency, development of a set of measures addressing the identified reserves, and assessment of the economic feasibility of the proposed measures. The following methods and tools were applied in the course of the study: calculation of investment project performance indicators (NPV, IRR, PI, DPP), scenario-based sensitivity analysis, SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and the expert assessment method. The practical significance of the study is determined by the growing trend of domestic gas consumption and the systemically important position of Gazprom mezhregiongaz LLC within the Russian gas industry. The conclusions and proposals developed in this work address the existing operational constraints of the company and may be used to substantiate managerial decisions aimed at enhancing economic efficiency. The following software and information resources were used in the preparation of the study: Microsoft Excel, ConsultantPlus, SPARK-Interfax, St. Petersburg Exchange databases, Figma, and Yandex Browser.
