Цель работы – разработка проекта внедрения системы электронного документооборота в ООО «Грандстрой». Задачи работы: Проанализировать деятельность компании ООО «Грандстрой» и выявить проблемы существующего документооборота Сформулировать требования к системе электронного документооборота; Провести анализ рынка типовых решений СЭД и выбрать наиболее подходящее; Разработать проект внедрения СЭД в компании; Выполнить расчёт затрат, оценить эффективность проекта. Работа выполнена на базе деятельности ООО «Грандстрой». Использованные методы: моделирование бизнес–процессов, сравнительный анализ, классификация требований, расчёт экономической эффективности. Основные результаты работы: Построены модели AS–IS и TO–BE процесса документооборота в строительной компании; Выявлены требования к внедряемой системе; Через многокритериальный анализ выбрана система для внедрения; Разработан проект внедрения СЭД в компании, в том числе построена ИСР, сформирована команда, разработан план проекта, выполнен анализ рисков и организовано управление изменениями; Путём расчёта показателей эффективности доказана экономическая эффективность проекта. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности использования разработанного проекта внедрения руководством ООО «Грандстрой» для реальной автоматизации документооборота компании. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов – строительные компании малого и среднего бизнеса.

The purpose of the work – development of a project for implementing an electronic document management system in Grandstroy LLC. Tasks of work: To analyze the activities of Grandstroy LLC and identify the problems of the existing document management system; To formulate requirements for the electronic document management system; To analyze the market of standard EDMS solutions and choose the most appropriate one; To develop a project for implementing an EDMS in the company; To calculate costs and evaluate the effectiveness of the project. Work is performed on the basis of Grandstroy LLC activities. Methods used: business process modeling, comparative analysis, requirements classification, and economic efficiency calculation. Work results: The AS–IS and TO–BE models of the document management process in a construction company have been built; The requirements for the implemented system have been identified; The system has been selected for implementation through a multi–criteria analysis; A project for implementing EDMS in the company has been developed, including the construction of an ISR, the formation of a team, the development of a project plan, the analysis of risks, and the organization of change management; The economic efficiency of the project has been proven by calculating the performance indicators. The practical significance of the work is due to the possibility of using the implementation project developed by the management of Grandstroy LLC for the actual automation of the companys document flow. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined to small and medium–sized construction companies.
