Данная работа посвящена оценке влияния структуры параллельного импорта на рынок оборудования в России, а также разработке рекомендаций по минимизации рисков для его участников. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Раскрытие экономической сущности параллельного импорта и его правового регулирования. 2. Выявление специфики и ключевых тенденций развития рынка оборудования. 3. Анализ динамики и структуры параллельного импорта на выбранном рынке. 4. Оценка влияния параллельного импорта на уровень цен и параметры конкуренции. 5. Выявление проблем и рисков, связанных с параллельным импортом. 6. Разработка рекомендаций для импортеров, производителей и государственных органов. Работа выполнялась в Высшей школе сервиса и торговли СанктПетербургского политехнического университета. В ходе работы были рассмотрены особенности рынка оборудования и основные аспекты процесса параллельного импорта промышленного оборудования, а также его участники и риски, с которыми они могут столкнуться. Кроме того, был проведен сравнительный анализ динамики показателей параллельного импорта. Результатом работы стали анализ ключевых проблем, возникающих при параллельном импорте оборудования, и разработка рекомендаций по минимизации рисков для каждой группы участников параллельного импорта.

The given work is devoted to the assessing of the impact of parallel imports’ structure on the equipment market in Russia, as well as the developing of recommendations to minimize risks for its participants. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Reveal of the economic essence of parallel import and its legal regulation. 2. Identification of the specifics and key trends in the development of the equipment market. 3. Analysis of the dynamics and structure of parallel imports in the selected market. 4. Assessment of the impact of parallel imports on the price level and competition parameters. 5. Identification of the problems and risks associated with parallel imports. 6. Development of recommendations for importing companies, manufacturers, and regulators. The work was carried out at the High School of Service and Trade of SaintPetersburg Polytechnic University. In the course of the work, the specifics of the equipment market and the main aspects of the parallel import process of production equipment, as well as its participants and the risks they may face, were considered. In addition, a comparative analysis of the dynamics of parallel import indicators was carried out. The results of the work were an analysis of the key problems that arise during parallel import of equipment, and the development of recommendations to minimize risks for each group of participants.
