Данная работа посвящена совершенствованию системы международных закупок предприятия ювелирной отрасли на примере ООО «ВИП 2000», осуществляющего импорт серебряных изделий, серебряной фурнитуры и упаковки из Италии и Китая. В процессе выполнения работы были решены следующие задачи: 1. Раскрытие экономической сущности, понятия и функций международных закупок, выявление специфики закупок для ювелирной отрасли. 2. Анализ организационно-экономической характеристики ООО «ВИП 2000». 3. Анализ действующей системы международных закупок предприятия, идентификация и классификация основных проблем и рисков системы, комплексная оценка её эффективности. 5. Разработка мероприятий по повышению эффективности процесса международных закупок на предприятии. 6. Оценка эффективности разработанных процессов. Работа выполнялась в ООО «ВИП 2000». В ходе работы были проанализированы финансово-экономические показатели предприятия, структура импорта, контрактная и логистическая документация. Применены методы PEST- и SWOT-анализа, а также методы оценки экономической эффективности организационных изменений. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «ВИП 2000» комплекса мероприятий по оптимизации международных закупок. Предложенные решения направлены на снижение издержек, сокращение времени закупочного цикла, повышение прозрачности процессов и снижение зависимости от внешних факторов.

The given work is devoted to improving the international procurement system of a jewellery industry company using the example of LLC "VIP 2000", which imports silver products, silver fittings, and packaging from Italy and China. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Identification of the economic essence, concepts, and functions of international procurement were explored, as well as the specificities of procurement in the jewellery industry. 2. Analysis of the organizational and economic features of LLC "VIP 2000". 3. Analysis of the current international procurement system of the company, identification and classification of the main issues and risks, comprehensive assessment of the systems effectiveness. 4. Development of measures to enhance the efficiency of international procurement at the company. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed processes. The work was carried out at LLC «VIP 2000». During the course of the project, the financial and economic performance of the company, the import structure, contractual and logistics documents were analysed. Methods of PEST and SWOT analysis were applied, as well as techniques for assessing the economic efficiency of organizational changes. The result of the work was the development a set of measures to optimize international procurement for the company. These solutions aim to reduce costs, shorten the procurement cycle, increase transparency, and reduce dependence on external factors.
