Данная работа посвящена анализу влияния экономических санкций на функционирование и эволюцию международных платежных систем с акцентом на трансформацию глобальной финансовой инфраструктуры в условиях геополитической фрагментации. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ и функций международных платежных систем. 2. Анализ роли SWIFT в глобальной торговле и финансовой инфраструктуре, а также санкций как фактора, влияющего на глобальные финансовые коммуникации. 3. Исследование влияния санкций (2014-2025 гг.) на международные расчеты и внешнеторговые операции в России. 4. Оценка развития и эффективности альтернативных платежных систем (в первую очередь китайских CIPS и российских SPFS). 5. Сравнительный анализ SWIFT, CIPS и SPFS, оценка перспектив их интеграции, роли цифровых валют центрального банка и формулировка практических рекомендаций по снижению рисков, связанных с санкциями. Работа опирается на нормативно-правовые акты, отчеты и статистические данные Банка России, SWIFT, Народного банка Китая, IMF, BIS, а также аналитические материалы международных финансовых организаций и исследовательских институтов. В ходе работы были рассмотрены теоретические аспекты международных платежных систем, последствия отключения российских банков от SWIFT, динамика дедолларизации, развитие альтернативных инфраструктур. Был проведен сравнительный анализ основных систем и практических примеров расчетов в условиях санкций. Результатом работы является всесторонняя оценка трансформации международных платежных систем под давлением санкций и разработка практических рекомендаций, направленных на повышение устойчивости международных расчетов и минимизацию санкционных рисков во внешней торговле.

The given work is devoted to the analysis of the influence of economic sanctions on the functioning and evolution of international payment systems, with a focus on the transformation of global financial infrastructure under conditions of geopolitical fragmentation. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the theoretical foundations and functions of international payment systems. 2. Analysis of the role of SWIFT in global trade and financial infrastructure, as well as sanctions as a factor influencing global financial communications. 3. Investigation of the impact of sanctions (2014–2025) on Russia’s international settlements and foreign trade operations. 4. Evaluation of the development and effectiveness of alternative payment systems (primarily Chinese CIPS and Russian SPFS). 5. Comparative analysis of SWIFT, CIPS and SPFS, assessment of prospects for their integration, the role of central bank digital currencies and formulation of practical recommendations for reducing sanctions-related risks. The work relies on normative-legal acts, reports and statistical data from the Bank of Russia, SWIFT, the People’s Bank of China, IMF, BIS, as well as analytical materials from international financial organizations and research institutions. In the course of the work, the theoretical aspects of international payment systems, the consequences of disconnecting Russian banks from SWIFT, the dynamics of dedollarization, the development of alternative infrastructures and possible scenarios for the future of the global payment system were examined. A comparative analysis of the main systems and practical cases of settlements under sanctions were carried out. The result of the work was a comprehensive assessment of the transformation of international payment systems under sanctions pressure and the development of practical recommendations for government authorities, financial institutions and Russian companies aimed at increasing the resilience of international settlements and minimizing sanctions risks in foreign trade.
