Данная работа посвящена оценке влияния внедрения ERP-системы на коммерческую деятельность производственного предприятия. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ коммерческой деятельности предприятия и определение показателей ее эффективности. 2. Изучение сущности ERP-систем и обоснование их влияния на коммерческие процессы предприятия. 3. Организационно-экономическая характеристика АО «КМЗ «Ижора-Металл» и анализ состояния его коммерческой деятельности. 4. Анализ коммерческих и информационных процессов предприятия и выявление проблемы в их организации. 5. Рассмотрение проекта внедрения ERP-системы на предприятии и определение его значения для повышения эффективности коммерческой деятельности. 6. Оценка организационного и экономического эффекта внедрения ERP-системы. 7. Разработка рекомендаций по повышению эффективности коммерческой деятельности предприятия и снижению рисков внедрения ERP-системы. Работа выполнялась в Акционерном обществе «КМЗ «Ижора-Металл». В ходе работы были проанализированы финансово-хозяйственные показатели предприятия, выявлены проблемы в организации коммерческих процессов, рассмотрен проект внедрения ERP-системы, построены модели рассматриваемых бизнес-процессов до внедрения системы и после. Также была проведена организационно-экономическая оценка внедрения системы. Результатом работы стала комплексная оценка влияния внедрения ERP-системы на коммерческую деятельность предприятия, с помощью финансовых и нефинансовых инструментов. Разработаны рекомендации по дальнейшему сопровождению ERP-системы, которые были предложены к внедрению.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “The impact of the ERP system implementation on the efficiency of the companys commercial activities (using the example of KMZ Izhora-Metal JSC”. The given work is devoted to assessing the impact of ERP system implementation on the commercial activities of a manufacturing enterprise. The following objectives were addressed during the study: 1. Studying the theoretical foundations of the enterprises commercial activities and determining its performance indicators. 2. Studying the nature of ERP systems and substantiating their impact on the enterprises commercial processes. 3. Organizational and economic characteristics of JSC KMZ Izhora-Metall and analyzing its current commercial activities. 4. Analysis of the enterprises commercial and information processes and identification of organizational problems. 5. Review of the ERP system implementation project at the enterprise and determination of its significance for improving commercial efficiency. 6. Assessment of the organizational and economic impact of ERP system implementation. 7. Development of recommendations for improving the enterprises commercial efficiency and mitigating the risks of ERP system implementation. The work was carried out in the Izhora-Metall KMZ, Joint-Stock Company. In the course of the work, the enterprises financial and economic indicators were analyzed, problems in the organization of commercial processes were identified, the ERP system implementation project was reviewed, and models of the business processes under consideration were constructed before and after system implementation. An organizational and economic assessment of the system implementation was also conducted. The result of the work was a comprehensive assessment of the impact of ERP system implementation on the enterprises commercial activities, using financial and non-financial instruments. Recommendations for further maintenance of the ERP system were developed and proposed for implementation.
