Данная работа посвящена анализу деятельности ООО «СТА Логистик» и разработке мероприятий по усовершенствованию организации грузовых перевозок с учетом выявленных после анализа проблем. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение логистических и технологических процессов компании, занимающейся международными грузовыми перевозками и требований законодательства в области таможенного регулирования. 2. Обзор современных цифровых технологий в сфере логистики и исследование ситуации на рынке грузоперевозок. 3. Исследование бизнес-процессов ООО «СТА Логистик», маркетингового и конкурентного анализа компании. 4. Разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию организации грузовых перевозок. 5. Оценка эффективности разработанных мероприятий. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «СТА Логистик». В ходе работы были рассмотрены логистические и технологические процессы транспортной компании и требования законодательства в сфере грузовых перевозок и внешнеэкономической деятельности. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «СТА Логистик» мероприятий по усовершенствованию логистических и технологических процессов на основе выявленных проблем и новейших цифровых технологий, которые были предложены к внедрению.

The given work is devoted to the analysis of the operations of STALOGISTIC LLC and elaboration of measures to enhance the organization of freight transportation, based on the problems identified through the analysis. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the logistics and technological processes of the company engaged in international freight transportation and the requirements of legislation in the field of customs regulation as well. 2. Overview of modern digital technology in logistics and analysis of the situation in the freight transportation market. 3. The study of business processes of STALOGISTIC LLC, including marketing and competitive analysis of the company. 4. Elaboration of measures to enhance the organization of freight transportation. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed measures. The work was carried out in the “STALOGISTIC”, Limited Liability Company. In the course of the work, the logistics and technological processes of the freight transportation company were examined, along with the legislative requirements in the field of freight transportation and international economic activity. The result of the work was the elaboration of measures for STALOGISTIC LLC to improve logistics and technological processes based on the latest digital solutions and the identified problems that were proposed for implementation.
