Данная работа посвящена разработке предложений по передаче на аутсорсинг логистических процессов предприятия. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ аутсорсинга, его функций, видов и особенностей его применения. 2. Определение особенностей системы логистического аутсорсинга на рассматриваемом предприятии ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг». 3. Анализ текущего состояния логистического аутсорсинга на предприятии ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг». 4. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы логистического аутсорсинга на предприятии ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг». 5. Определение эффективности внедрения предложенных мероприятий по совершенствованию системы логистического аутсорсинга на предприятии ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг». Работа выполнялась в Публичном акционерном обществе «СИБУР Холдинг». В ходе работы были рассмотрены виды и функции аутсорсинга, особенности логистического аутсорсинга, а также проведен анализ существующей системы закупки логистических услуг на предприятии. Результатом работы стала разработка для ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг» предложений по передаче на аутсорсинг логистических функций отдела закупки логистических услуг на основе новейших цифровых решений, которые были предложены к внедрению.

This work is devoted to the development of proposals for outsourcing the logistics processes of the enterprise. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the theoretical foundations of outsourcing, its functions, types and features of its application. 2. Determination of the specifics of the logistics outsourcing system at the considered enterprise of PJSC «SIBUR Holding». 3. Analysis of the current state of logistics outsourcing at the enterprise of PJSC «SIBUR Holding». 4. Development of recommendations for improving the logistics outsourcing system at the enterprise of PJSC «SIBUR Holding». 5. Determination of the effectiveness of the implementation of proposed measures to improve the logistics outsourcing system at the enterprise of PJSC «SIBUR Holding». The work was carried out in the Public Joint Stock Company «SIBUR Holding». In the course of the work, the types and functions of outsourcing, the features of logistics outsourcing were considered, as well as an analysis of the existing procurement system for logistics services at the enterprise. The result of the work was the development of proposals for PJSC «SIBUR Holding» to outsource the logistics functions of the logistics services procurement department based on the latest digital solutions that were proposed for implementation.
