Данная работа посвящена оценке организации грузовых перевозок логистической компании ООО «ЛокПрофСервис», а также разработке идей по ее совершенствованию с учетом сложившейся ситуации во внутренней и внешней среде компании. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Анализ системы транспортных перевозок в ООО «ЛокПрофСервис» и оценка сопутствующих ему процессов. 2. Обзор текущих рыночных условий и оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия. 3. Экономическая и маркетинговая характеристика предприятия. 4. Разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию текущей организации грузоперевозок для рассматриваемого предприятия и их интеграция с существующими бизнес-процессами. 5. Оценка эффективности разработанных процессов. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «ЛокПрофСервис». В ходе работы были рассмотрены текущее экономическое состояние компании и рынка логистических услуг, а также способы совершенствования организации перевозок на предприятии. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «ЛокПрофСервис» мероприятий по совершенствованию текущей деятельности компании путем технологической и маркетинговой модернизации существующих процессов, которые были предложены к внедрению.

The given work is devoted to the evaluation of the organization of freight transportation of the logistics company LokProfService LLC, as well as the development of ideas for its improvement, taking into account the current situation in the companys internal and external environment. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Analysis of the transportation system at LockProfService LLC and assessment of associated processes. 2. Overview of current market conditions and assessment of the companys competitiveness. 3. Economic and marketing characteristics of the company. 4. Development of the current organization of freight transportation for the enterprise in question and their integration with existing business processes. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed processes. The work was carried out in the “LokProfService”, Limited Liability Company. In the course of the work, the current economic situation of the company and the logistics services market, as well as ways to improve the organization of transportation at the enterprise were considered. The result of the work was the development of measures for LockProfService LLC to improve the companys current operations through technological and marketing modernization of existing processes that were proposed for implementation.
