Данная работа посвящена оценке эффективности использования основных фондов торговой компании. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение экономической сущности, состава и структуры основных фондов торговой компании. 2. Рассмотрение методологических подходов к оценке и учёту основных фондов и системы показателей эффективности их использования. 3. Анализ организационно−экономического состояния и эффективности использования основных фондов ПАО «Центрторг» за 2023–2025 гг. 4. Выявление и систематизация проблем использования основных фондов ПАО «Центрторг». 5. Разработка мероприятий по повышению эффективности использования основных фондов ПАО «Центрторг» и обоснование их экономической эффективности. Работа выполнялась на материалах публичного акционерного общества «Центрторг». В ходе работы рассмотрены теоретические основы оценки эффективности использования основных фондов, проведён анализ финансово−хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и состояния его основных фондов за 2023–2025 гг., рассчитаны показатели фондоотдачи, фондоёмкости, фондорентабельности, выполнен факторный анализ. Результатом работы стала разработка для ПАО «Центрторг» программы повышения эффективности использования основных фондов, включающей обновление активной части фондов (торговое и холодильное оборудование, транспорт) через финансовый лизинг и технологическую модернизацию. Программа экономически обоснована: рассчитаны затраты, прогнозные показатели и совокупный годовой эффект.

This work is devoted to the assessment of the efficiency of fixed assets utilization of a trade company. The following tasks were solved in the course of the research: 1. The study of the economic essence, composition and structure of fixed assets of a trade company. 2. Consideration of methodological approaches to the valuation and accounting of fixed assets and the system of indicators of efficiency of their use. 3. Analysis of the organizational and economic state and efficiency of fixed assets use of PJSC «Centrtorg» for 2023–2025. 4. Identification and systematization of the problems of fixed assets use of PJSC «Centrtorg». 5. Development of measures to improve the efficiency of fixed assets use of PJSC «Centrtorg» and substantiation of their economic efficiency. The work was carried out on the materials of the public joint−stock company «Centrtorg». In the course of the work, the theoretical foundations of the assessment of fixed assets utilization efficiency were considered, the financial and economic activity of the enterprise and the state of its fixed assets for 2023–2025 were analyzed, the indicators of capital productivity, capital intensity and return on fixed assets were calculated, and a factor analysis was performed. The result of the work is the development for PJSC «Centrtorg» of a program to improve the efficiency of fixed assets use, including the renewal of the active part of fixed assets (commercial and refrigeration equipment, transport) through financial leasing and technological modernization. The program is economically substantiated: costs, forecast indicators and the total annual effect are calculated.
