Объектом исследования является Санкт-Петербургский политехнический университет Петра Великого.Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ и экономическое обоснование создания сервиса с интегрированный искусственным интеллектом для оптимизации образовательного процесса с целью повышения экономической эффективности. На основе анализа внутренней и внешней среды учебного заведения, а также анализа существующих отечественных и зарубежный сервисов и практик были выявлены потребности участников образовательного процесса. Сделан вывод о необходимости внедрения данного сервиса в образовательный процесс.В рамках данной исследовательской инициативы был разработан комплексный план-проект, включающий детальное описание реализуемого проекта, его технических характеристик и необходимых инвестиционных вложений. Также были сформулированы рекомендации по практической реализации проекта, направленные на оптимизацию процесса внедрения и повышение его эффективности.Этот проект повысит экономическую эффективность образовательной организации, улучшит её привлекательность для абитуриентов, снизит отток студентов и повысит качество выпускников.

The object of research is the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze and provide an economic justification for the creation of a service with integrated artificial intelligence to optimize the educational process in order to increase economic efficiency. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the educational institution, as well as the analysis of existing domestic and foreign services and practices, the needs of the participants in the educational process were identified. It was concluded that it is necessary to implement this service in the educational process. As part of this research initiative, a comprehensive project plan was developed, which includes a detailed description of the project being implemented, its technical specifications, and the necessary investment requirements. Recommendations for the practical implementation of the project were also formulated, aimed at optimizing the implementation process and increasing its efficiency. This project will increase the economic efficiency of the educational organization, improve its attractiveness for applicants, reduce the outflow of students, and increase the quality of graduates.
