Целью исследования является комплексный анализ жизненного цикла строительной организации в условиях экономических колебаний, оценка рисков и возможностей её развития, а также разработка научно обоснованных рекомендаций по формированию адаптивной системы управления устойчивостью на примере ПАО «Группа ЛСР». Были решены следующие задачи: - изучить теоретические основы финансового управления развитием строительной организации в условиях экономической цикличности; - исследовать жизненный цикл строительной организации: его понятие и сущность; - проанализировать финансовые аспекты развития ПАО «Группа ЛСР», внешней и внутренней среды компании, конкурентной среды строительного рынка; - проанализировать риски строительной организации ПАО «Группа ЛСР», разработать рекомендации по управлению рисками и использованию возможностей для повышения устойчивости строительной организации ПАО «Группа ЛСР». Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью адаптации строительных организаций к макроэкономической нестабильности, характерной для современного этапа развития российской экономики. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Теоретически и практически значимым результатом исследования является онтологическая схема управления устойчивостью строительной организации, отражающая взаимосвязь внешних факторов, бизнес-процессов, параметров внутренней среды и управленческих задач.

The aim of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the life cycle of a construction organization under economic fluctuations, assess the risks and opportunities for its development, and develop scientifically based recommendations for forming an adaptive sustainability management system using the example of PSC «Group LSR». The following tasks were solved: - study the theoretical foundations of financial management for the development of a construction organization under conditions of economic cyclicality; - investigate the life cycle of a construction organization: its concept and essence; - analyze the financial aspects of the development of PSC «Group LSR», the external and internal environment of the company, and the competitive environment of the construction market; - analyze the risks of the construction organization PSC «Group LSR», and to develop recommendations for risk management and the use of opportunities to enhance the sustainability of the construction organization PSC «Group LSR». The relevance of the topic is due to the need for adaptation of construction organizations to macroeconomic instability characteristic of the current stage of development of the Russian economy. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources, and analytical agencies. The theoretically and practically significant result of the study is an ontological scheme for managing the sustainability of a construction organization, reflecting the interrelationship of external factors, business processes, internal environment parameters, and management tasks.
