Цель работы: автоматизация бизнес-процесса формирования заказов за счет разработки и внедрения  веб-приложения в компании по производству и продаже сельскохозяйственной техники. Задачи работы: 1. Анализ текущей деятельности компании и ее бизнес-процессов. 2. Формирование требований и ограничений к разрабатываемому продукту. 3. Анализ решений на рынке и выявление наиболее подходящий вариант. 4. Разработка прототипа веб-приложения и базы данных. 5. Разработка руководства пользователя. 6. Оценка эффективности внедрения веб-приложения. Методы: сбор и анализ данных, моделирование процесса «AS IS» и «TO BE», моделирование мотивационного аспекта, моделирование диаграммы Ганта, построение стратегической карты, оценка эффективности проекта. Основные результаты работы: была проанализированная текущая деятельности компании, смоделирован процесс «AS IS» и «TO BE», проанализированы предлагаемые решения разработки на рынке, обоснован и выбран самый подходящий, «TO BE», разработан и реализован прототип веб-приложения, разработаны и реализованы реалистичные модели, спроектирована и реализована база данных для реализации серверной части веб-приложения, сформировано руководство пользователя, проведена коммерческая оценка эффективности внедрения. Практическая значимость работы заключается в повышении эффективности бизнес-процесса формирования заказов за счет его автоматизации посредством разработки и внедрения веб-приложения в компании SCOUT. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work: automation of the business process of forming orders through the development and implementation of a web application in a company for the production and sale of agricultural machinery. Work objectives: 1. Analysis of the companys current activities and its business processes. 2. Formation of requirements and restrictions for the product being developed. 3. Analyzing solutions on the market and identifying the most suitable option. 4. Development of a prototype web application and database for the backend. 5. Development of the user manual. 6. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the web application implementation. Methods: data collection and analysis, modeling the «AS IS» and «TO BE» process, modeling the motivational aspect, modeling the Gantt chart, building a strategic map, evaluating the effectiveness of the project. The main results of the work: the current activities of the company were analyzed, the «AS IS» and «TO BE» process was modeled, the proposed development solutions on the market were analyzed, the most suitable «TO BE» was justified and selected, a prototype of a web application was developed and implemented, realistic models were developed and implemented, a database was designed and implemented for the implementation of the server side of the web application, a users guide has been formed, and a commercial evaluation of the implementation effectiveness has been conducted. The practical significance of the work is to increase the efficiency of the business process of forming orders by automating it through the development and implementation of a web application in the SCOUT company. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of the results has been determined.
