Целью работы является разработка проекта внедрения BI-системы в ПФК «ЦСКА», которая обеспечит консолидацию данных из всех источников клуба и переход к data-driven управлению. Задачи работы: 1. Исследование деятельности ПФК «ЦСКА», анализ текущего ИТ-ландшафта и выявление проблем управления данными. 2. Обоснование необходимости внедрения BI-системы. 3. Обзор и сравнительный анализ BI-платформ с выбором оптимального решения. 4. Разработка плана внедрения, включая календарное планирование, управление рисками, качеством и изменениями. 5. Расчет экономической эффективности проекта с оценкой инвестиционных показателей. Методы исследования: системный анализ, моделирование бизнес-процессов, сравнительный анализ, методы календарного и финансового планирования, оценка эффективности инвестиций. Основные результаты работы: выявлены проблемы разрозненности данных и высокого ручного труда в клубе; обоснован выбор «Yandex.DataLens» в качестве BI-платформы; разработан календарный план проекта; сформированы процедуры управления рисками и качеством; выполнена экономическая оценка. Практическая значимость работы состоит в возможности использования её разработанного проекта для реального внедрения BI-системы в ПФК «ЦСКА». Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work is to develop a comprehensive project for the implementation of a BI system at PFC CSKA, which will ensure the consolidation of data from all sources of the club and the transition to data-driven management. Tasks of the work: 1. Research of the activities of PFC CSKA, analysis of the current IT landscape and identification of data management problems. 2. Justification of the need for the implementation of a BI system. 3. Review and comparative analysis of BI platforms with the selection of the optimal solution. 4. Development of an implementation plan, including calendar planning, risk management, quality management, and change management. 5. Calculation of the projects economic efficiency, including the assessment of investment indicators. Research methods: system analysis, business process modeling. The main results of the work include the identification of data fragmentation and high manual labor in the club, the justification of the choice of «Yandex.DataLens» as a BI platform, the development of a project calendar, the creation of risk and quality management procedures, and the economic assessment. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the developed project for the actual implementation of a BI system in PFC CSKA. Conclusions. The tasks of the graduation work have been completed, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
