Цель работы: разработка мероприятий по повышению прибыли компании на основе комплексного анализа её финансового состояния. В работе решены следующие задачи: - изучены теоретические основы управления прибылью; - проведён анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности China Sinochem International Co., Ltd. за 2022–2024 гг.; - выявлены ключевые проблемы, сдерживающие рост прибыли; - предложены и обоснованы мероприятия по повышению прибыли, рассчитан их экономический эффект. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью для международных компаний формировать эффективные системы управления прибылью в условиях глобализации и усиления конкуренции. Источники информации: годовые отчёты и финансовая отчётность China Sinochem International Co., Ltd. за 2022–2024 гг., отраслевые обзоры, труды учёных в области финансового менеджмента. В результате исследования предложены три мероприятия: оптимизация структуры продукции, углубление контроля затрат, снижение финансовых расходов. Совокупный эффект – улучшение прибыли до налогообложения на 1,386 млрд юаней. Результаты могут быть использованы компанией для повышения прибыльности.

The aim of the work is to develop measures to increase the companys profit based on a comprehensive analysis of its financial condition. The following tasks were solved: - theoretical foundations of profit management were studied; - financial and economic activities of China Sinochem International Co., Ltd. for 2022–2024 were analyzed; - key problems hindering profit growth were identified; - measures to increase profit were proposed and justified, and their economic effect was calculated. The relevance is due to the need for international companies to form effective profit management systems in the context of globalization and increasing competition. Information sources: annual reports and financial statements of China Sinochem International Co., Ltd. for 2022–2024, industry reviews, and scientific works in the field of financial management. As a result, three measures were proposed: product structure optimization, cost control deepening, and financial expense reduction. the total effect is an improvement in profit before tax of 1.386 billion yuan. the results can be used by the company to improve profitability.
