Данная работа посвящена исследованию сотрудничества Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь в сфере образования в XXI веке. Особое внимание уделяется теоретико-правовым основам сотрудничества Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь в сфере образования, а также современному состоянию и перспективам развития сотрудничества Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь в сфере образования. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1) анализ исторических предпосылок и факторов формирования двусторонних отношений России и Беларуси в образовательной сфере; 2) рассмотрение правовых основ системы образования Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь; 3) выявление основных направлений и динамики современного сотрудничества двух государств в сфере образования; 4) определение существующих проблем взаимодействия и оценка перспектив дальнейшего развития партнерства. В результате были выявлены основные проблемы сотрудничества Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь в сфере образования, определены перспективы и рекомендации для улучшения сотрудничества Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь в сфере образования.

This work is devoted to the study of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of education in the 21st century. Special attention is paid to the theoretical and legal foundations of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of education, as well as the current state and prospects for the development of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of education. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1) analysis of the historical background and factors of the formation of bilateral relations between Russia and Belarus in the field of education; 2) consideration of the legal foundations of the education system of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus; 3) identification of the main directions and dynamics of modern cooperation between the two countries in the field of education; 4) identify existing problems of cooperation and assess the prospects for further development of the partnership. As a result, the main problems of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of education were identified, prospects and recommendations for improving cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of education were identified.
