Данная работа посвящена исследованию партнерства Российской Федерации и Китайской Народной Республики в области развития транспортной инфраструктуры Северного морского пути. Особое внимание уделяется анализу теоретических и историко-правовых основ изучения Северного морского пути, а также российско-китайскому взаимодействию в развитии Северного морского пути. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования:  характеристика нормативно-правовой базы регулирования Северного морского пути;  рассмотрение стратегии Российской Федерации в освоении арктической магистрали;  определение интересов Китайской Народной Республики в совершенствовании Северного морского пути;  раскрытие современного состояния и динамики развития российско-китайского партнерства в арктической зоне . В результате были выявлены вызовы сотрудничества между РФ и КНР в освоении Северного морского пути, определены перспективы и разработаны рекомендации для улучшения сотрудничества между КНР и Россией в совершенствовании СМП, как глобальной магистрали.

This work is devoted to the study of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the development of the Northern Sea Route. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the theoretical and historical-legal foundations of the study of the Northern Sea Route, as well as Russian-Chinese cooperation in the development of the Northern Sea Route. Tasks that were solved during the research:  characteristics of the regulatory framework for the regulation of the Northern Sea Route;  consideration of the strategy of the Russian Federation for the use of the Northern Sea Route;  determining the interests of the People s Republic of China in the development of the Northern Sea Route;  disclosure of the current state and dynamics of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the development of the Northern Sea Route. As a result, the problems of the Russian-Chinese partnership in the development of the Northern Sea Route were identified, prospects were identified and recommendations were developed to improve cooperation between the Russian-Chinese partnership in the development of the Northern Sea Route.
