Целью работы является изучение теоретических и методических основ осуществления оценки финансового состояния компании; проведение анализа финансового состояния Baidu Inc. и разработка мер по улучшению её финансового состояния. Для достижения поставленной цели были определены следующие задачи: - изучить теоретические и методические аспекты оценки финансового состояния компании; - рассмотреть организационно-экономическую характеристику Baidu Inc.; - провести оценку финансового состояния компании и разработать мероприятия по улучшению её финансового состояния. Объектом исследования является компания Baidu Inc. Предметом исследования является финансовое состояние компании, выявление направлений улучшения финансового состояния компании. Основными методами, используемыми в рамках данной работы, выступают: методы анализа и синтеза информации, изучение научной литературы; моделирование, статистические методы. При проведении оценки финансового состояния использовались такие методы экономического анализа, как прямой, косвенный, сравнительный, горизонтальный, вертикальный, коэффициентный и факторный. Оценка финансового состояния компании проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel). Методологическую и теоретическую основу исследования составляют базовые концепции финансового менеджмента, финансового анализа и оценки финансового состояния. Информационная база включает законы и нормативные акты, данные государственной и региональной статистики, а также материалы из периодических изданий, справочников, монографий, статей и ресурсов интернета, а также отчётность компании. Практическая значимость работы заключается в оценке и анализе финансового состояния Baidu Inc., а также в разработке основных направлений её улучшения.

The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that a good financial condition ensures the stable functioning of a company. A competent assessment of the financial condition allows problems to be identified and areas for improving the stability, solvency and effectiveness of a companys development to be highlighted.   The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the financial condition of the company; analyzing the financial condition of Baidu Inc. and developing measures to improve its financial condition. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: - to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of assessing the financial condition of a company; - to consider the organizational and economic characteristics of Baidu Inc.; - to assess the financial condition of the company and develop measures to improve its financial condition. The object of the study is Baidu Inc.  The subject of the study is the financial condition of the company, identifying areas for improving the companys financial condition. The main methods used in this work are: methods of analysis and synthesis of information, the study of scientific literature; modeling, statistical methods. When assessing the financial condition, such methods of economic analysis as direct, indirect, comparative, horizontal, vertical, coefficient and factor analysis were used. The assessment of the financial stability, solvency, business activity, profitability of the company was carried out using the MS Office (Excel) package. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study is the basic concepts of financial management, financial analysis and financial condition assessment. The information base includes laws and regulations, data from state and regional statistics, as well as materials from periodicals, reference books, monographs, articles and Internet resources, as well as company reports. The practical significance of the work lies in the assessment and analysis of the financial condition of Baidu Inc., as well as the development of the main directions for its improvement.
