Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка рекомендаций по формированию стандартов архитектурного облика промышленных и складских объектов Ленинградской области с учетом градостроительных, функциональных и эстетических требований. В ходе выполнения работы проведен анализ существующего и планируемого развития объектов промышленного и складского назначения на территории Ленинградской области, исследованы документы территориального планирования, регламентирующие размещение и развитие промышленных территорий региона, а также выявлены особенности современного развития промышленных зон в городах Ленинградской области. Выполнен анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта формирования архитектурного облика промышленных и складских объектов, выявлены основные проблемы и тенденции развития промышленной архитектуры. На основе проведенного исследования сформулированы архитектурные принципы и рекомендации, направленные на формирование визуально целостного и устойчивого архитектурного облика промышленных и складских объектов Ленинградской области, которые могут быть использованы в проектной практике и в деятельности органов архитектуры и градостроительства.

The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop recommendations on the formation of standards for the architectural appearance of industrial and warehouse facilities in the Leningrad region, taking into account urban planning, functional and aesthetic requirements. In the course of the work, an analysis of the existing and planned development of industrial and warehouse facilities in the Leningrad region was carried out, territorial planning documents regulating the location and development of industrial territories in the region were studied, and features of the modern development of industrial zones in the cities of the Leningrad region were identified. The analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the formation of the architectural appearance of industrial and warehouse facilities has been carried out, the main problems and trends in the development of industrial architecture have been identified. Based on the conducted research, architectural principles and recommendations are formulated aimed at forming a visually holistic and sustainable architectural appearance of industrial and warehouse facilities in the Leningrad region, which can be used in design practice and in the activities of architecture and urban planning authorities.
