Цель работы – разработка сценариев развития туристических зон на приречных территориях реки Пинеги Архангельской области. Задачи исследования: 1. Оценить потенциал приречных территорий реки Пинеги 2. Выявить исторические этапы формирования застройки на приречных территориях реки Пинеги в Архангельской области 3.Анализировать зарубежный и отечественный опыт, и теоретико-методологические подходы формирования территорий отдыха и туризма на приречных территориях. 4. Выявить идентичность архитектурной среды приречных территорий реки Пинеги 5.Разработать концепцию туристической зоны на приречных территориях В рамках исследования проведен анализ зарубежного и отечественного опыта формирования туристической инфраструктуры с элементами деревянного зодчества на прибрежных территориях. Выявлен потенциал Архангельской области и приречных территорий реки Пинеги. Рассмотрены теоретические подходы, применяемые при формировании туристских территорий. В результате комплексного анализа выявлены функциональные планировочные структуры приречных территории, ее идентичность и предложен водный туристический маршрут как основной структурообразующий элемент, объединяющий населённые пункты и туристские объекты. Выявлен потенциал д. Верколы и с. Сура как опорных точек маршрута, с дальнейшим проектным предложением. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы следующие информационные технологии: программы векторной и растровой графики, 3D – моделирования и визуализаций.

The purpose of the work is to develop scenarios for the development of tourist areas in the riverine territories of the Pinega River in the Arkhangelsk region. Research objectives: 1. To identify the historical stages of building development in the riverine territories of the Pinega River in the Arkhangelsk region 3. To analyze foreign and domestic experience, and theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of recreation and tourism territories in riverine territories. 4. To identify the identity of the architectural environment of the riverine territories of the Pinega River 5. To develop the concept of a tourist zone in the riverine territories The study analyzes foreign and domestic experience in the formation of tourist infrastructure with elements of wooden architecture in coastal areas. The potential of the Arkhangelsk region and the riverine territories of the Pinega River has been revealed. The theoretical approaches used in the formation of tourist territories are considered. As a result of a comprehensive analysis, the functional planning structures of the riverine territories, its identity were identified and a water tourist route was proposed as the main structural element uniting settlements and tourist facilities. The potential of the village of Verkola and the village of Sura as reference points of the route, with a further project proposal, has been identified. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used in the work: vector and raster graphics, 3D modeling and visualization programs.
