Целью работы является разработка референтной архитектуры корпоративной информационной системы горнодобывающей компании на основе практической базы в условиях стремительного развития технологий и цифровой трансформации.Методы: абстрактно-логический, аналитико-монографический анализ,дедукция, индукция,метод графической визуализации данных, обобщение, сбор и анализ данных, оценка эффективности.Основные результаты исследования: ­выявлены ключевые особенности архитектуры корпоративной информационной системы для горнодобывающей промышленности;­изучены основные и вспомогательные бизнес-процессы горнодобывающей компании;­изучена и оценена текущая архитектура горнодобывающей компании;­разработана и описана предлагаемая архитектура корпоративной информационной системы для горнодобывающей компании;­разработаны и описаны стадии внедрения новой архитектуры;­проанализированы риски, и проработаны механизмы снижения их влияния;­оценена эффективность работы предприятия в результате изменений архитектуры. Областью применения результатов ВКР является способ организации деятельности горнопромышленной компании в цифровой экономике.Научной новизной является установление теоретических и практических аспектов разработки архитектуры корпоративной информационной системы в условиях цифровой трансформации горнодобывающей компании.Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью систематизации накопленного опыта цифровой трансформации в горнодобывающей отрасли.Разработана архитектура КИС предприятия, которая позволит повысить эффективность бизнес-процессов и обеспечит экономическую эффективность внедрения в рамках горнодобывающей компании.

The aim of the work is development of a reference architecture for a mining companys corporate information system based on a practical framework in the context of rapid technology development and digital transformation. Research methods: abstract-logical, analytical-monographic analysis, deduction, induction, graphical data visualization method, generalization, data collection and analysis, efficiency assessment. The main results of the study: -the key features of the architecture of the corporate information system for the mining industry are revealed; -the main and auxiliary business processes of the mining company are studied; -the current architecture of the mining company has been studied and evaluated; -the proposed architecture of a corporate information system for a mining company has been developed and described; -the stages of implementation of the new architecture have been developed and described; -the risks have been analyzed and mechanisms for reducing their impact have been worked out; -the efficiency of the enterprise as a result of architecture changes is estimated. The application of the results of the thesis is a method of organizing the activities of a mining company in the digital economy. The scientific novelty is the establishment of theoretical and practical aspects of the development of the architecture of a corporate information system in the context of digital transformation of the mining company. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to systematize the accumulated experience of digital transformation in the mining industry. The companys CIS architecture has been developed, which will improve the efficiency of business processes and ensure the cost-effectiveness of implementation within the mining company.
