Целью работы является выявление особенностей экономического развития малых государств в условиях санкционного давления и определение перспектив их дальнейшего развития на примере Республики Союз Мьянма и Республики Куба. Были решены следующие задачи: – исследована специфика санкционных режимов в отношении Республики Союз Мьянма и Республики Куба; – определены основные механизмы экономической адаптации изучаемых государств в условиях санкционного давления и оценено влияние санкций на динамику их экономического развития; – выявлены перспективы экономического развития изучаемых малых государств в условиях сохранения санкционных ограничений; – определены возможности и направления сотрудничества Российской Федерации с государствами, находящимися под санкциями. Актуальность темы обусловлена повышением воздействия политических факторов на участников международных торговых отношений, уязвимостью малых государств к внешним шокам и формированием ими на этом фоне новых моделей международного сотрудничества. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Полученные результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке рекомендаций по развитию торгово-экономического сотрудничества Российской Федерации с государствами, находящимися под санкциями. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы поисковые системы Google и Yandex.

The given work is devoted to identification of the characteristics of economic development of small states under sanctions pressure and assessment of the prospects for their future development using the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Republic of Cuba as case studies. The research set the following goals: Investigation of the specific characteristics of the sanctions regimes imposed against the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Republic of Cuba. Identification of the main mechanisms of economic adaptation of the examined states under sanctions pressure and assessment of the impact of sanctions on the dynamics of their economic development. Analysis of the prospects for economic development of the small states under consideration in the context of ongoing sanctions restrictions. Determination of the opportunities and directions for cooperation between the Russian Federation and states subject to sanctions. The relevance of the subject is conditioned by the growing influence of political factors on participants of international trade, the vulnerability of small states to external shocks, and the development of new models of international cooperation against this backdrop. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The findings of this study can be used to develop recommendations for expanding trade and economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and countries subject to sanctions. Google and Yandex search engines were used to collect the data needed to perform the work.
