The aim of this work is to conduct a multicriteria assessment of the effectiveness of SCIP technology for residential construction in the Arctic region in comparison with traditional methods, as well as to perform a practical calculation of its energy efficiency. The objectives addressed during the research were: 1. Review and analysis of existing examples of SCIP technology and its technical characteristics. 2. Analysis of traditional construction methods in the Arctic. 3. Multicriteria assessment of SCIP technology in comparison with competing technologies. 4. Comparative calculations of the energy efficiency of buildings designed using SCIP technology and other technologies. The research methods include: • Analysis of domestic and international experience in the study and design of buildings using this technology based on a review of relevant literature sources; • Selection and analysis of modern and traditional technologies for the design of residential buildings in Arctic conditions, followed by the development of a multicriteria assessment of the key technical characteristics of all reviewed technologies; • Selection of one modern and one traditional construction technology based on the conducted multi-criteria assessment, followed by energy efficiency calculations for a standard building designed using SCIP technology and the previously selected technologies. To achieve the objectives of this work, the following software was used: MS Office, Autodesk Revit 2024, SmartCalc, databases and regulatory literature. The obtained results provide a basis for further research and calculations in the field of applying SCIP technology in the design of buildings of various functional purposes in the Arctic zone.
