Цель работы: совершенствование бизнес-процессов медицинского центра за счѐт внедрение медицинской информационной системы. Задачи работы: 1. Анализ деятельности компании, еѐ текущих процессов и трендов в ИТ сфере здравоохранения. 2. Формирование требований к ИС и ограничений проекта. 3. Поиск и сравнение МИС на российском рынке, обоснование выбора конкретного решения. 4. Выбор методологии внедрения МИС и подготовка проекта внедрения. 5. Внедрение МИС. 6. Оценка эффективности проекта внедрения МИС.  7. Оценка возможных рисков и составление плана реакций на них. Работа выполнена на базе компании ООО «Литейный». Методы: сбор и анализ данных, моделирование мотивационного аспекта, моделирование процессов «AS IS» и «TO BE», оценка эффективности проекта, оценка рисков проекта. Основные результаты работы: проанализированы текущие бизнес процессы, смоделированы процессы «AS IS» и «TO BE», проведен анализ трендов в ИТ-сфере здравоохранения, составлен мотивационный аспект, сформированы требования к МИС, выполнен сравнительный анализ МИС, реализовано внедрение МИС, проведена оценка коммерческой эффективности проекта внедрения, выполнена оценка рисков проекта. Практическая значимость работы состоит в совершенствовании процессов в ООО «Литейный», предоставлении пользователям информационный поддержки, оптимизации работы и интеграций с внешними сервисами, росте количества записей в клинику за счѐт сервиса онлайн-записи. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work: improving the business processes of a medical center through the implementation of a medical information system. Tasks of the work: 1. Analysis of the companys activities, its current processes and trends in the healthcare IT sector. 2. Formation of IS requirements and project constraints. 3. Search and comparison of MIS in the Russian market, justification of the choice of a specific solution. 4. Selection of the MIS introduction methodology and preparation of the introduction project. 5. Introduction of the MIS. 6. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the IIA implementation project.  7. Assessment of possible risks and drawing up a plan of reactions to them. Work is performed on the basis of liteyny llc. Methods: data collection and analysis, motivational aspect modeling, "AS IS" and "TO BE" process modeling, requirements collection, project effectiveness evaluation, assessment of possible risks. The main results of the work: the current agricultural processes are analyzed, the "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes are modeled, the analysis of trends in the IT field of healthcare has been carried out, the motivational aspect has been compiled, the requirements for the MIS have been formed, the comparative analysis of the MIS has been carried out, the introduction of the MIS has been implemented, the commercial effectiveness of the implementation project is assessed. The practical significance of the work consists in improving the processes at Liteyny LLC, providing information support to users, optimizing work and integrations with external services, and increasing the number of clinic appointments through the online recording service. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
