Цель работы - обоснование финансовых механизмов развития малого агробизнеса под воздействием институциональных факторов на материалах КНР. Объект исследования - малые предприятия АПК КНР. Предмет исследования - финансовые механизмы стимулирования малого агробизнеса под воздействием институциональных факторов. В работе решены следующие задачи: исследована сущность финансовых механизмов малого агробизнеса; определены факторы их эффективности и барьеры применения; проанализирована система субсидирования агробизнеса КНР; разработаны методика коэффициентной диагностики и рекомендации; выявлено влияние кредитования, страхования и субсидий на продукцию МСП.Методологическую основу составили общенаучные методы, коэффициентный анализ, стресс-тестирование и панельная регрессия с фиксированными эффектами. Информационную базу составили статистика и нормативные документы КНР, отчётность Jiangsu Wotian Group, панель по 12 провинциям за 2016–2023 гг. (N = 96). Расчёты проводились в программном пакете Stata/MP 18.0. Научная новизна заключается в обосновании институционально-функционального подхода и доказательстве приоритета агрострахования и кредитования над прямыми субсидиями. Практическая значимость состоит в применимости рекомендаций органами госуправления и субъектами малого агробизнеса. Структура включает введение, 3 главы, заключение, список источников и приложения.

The aim of the work is to substantiate financial mechanisms for the development of small agribusiness under the influence of institutional factors, based on an institutional-functional approach, using data from the Peoples Republic of China. Object of research - small enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the PRC. Subject of research - financial mechanisms for stimulating small agribusiness operating under the influence of institutional factors. The following tasks were accomplished: examined the nature of financial mechanisms in small agribusiness; identified the factors of their effectiveness and the barriers to their application; analyzed the system of agribusiness subsidization in the PRC; developed a coefficient-based diagnostic method and recommendations; revealed the impact of lending, insurance, and subsidies on SME output. The methodological basis comprised general scientific methods, coefficient analysis, stress testing, and fixed-effects panel regression. The information base comprised PRC statistics and regulatory documents, the financial statements of Jiangsu Wotian Group, and a panel of 12 provinces for 2016-2023 (N = 96). Calculations were performed using the Stata/MP 18.0 software package. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the institutional-functional approach and demonstrating the priority of agricultural insurance and lending over direct subsidies. The practical significance lies in the applicability of the recommendations by government authorities and small agribusiness entities. The structure includes an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and appendices.
