This article explores the strategic role of communication support for elderly consumers in Chinas aging society, with a specific focus on China Mobile. Drawing on theoretical frameworks in communication strategy, DAGMAR and SIVA models, and visual grammar theory, the study analyzes how telecom companies can bridge the digital divide. Through a comparative analysis of aging policies in China and Russia, questionnaire survey, and semi- structured interviews with six elderly respondents (including illiterate participants), the paper demonstrates how culturally relevant, age- friendly communication can enhance brand loyalty and user satisfaction. The research offers practical recommendations for China Mobile and other operators to build inclusive communication support systems.
