Цель исследования — разработка направлений совершенствования регионального финансового центра Китая в условиях цифровизации на основе теоретического анализа и эмпирического исследования влияния цифровых финансов. В ходе исследования: – рассмотрены теоретические основы развития региональных финансовых центров и цифровых финансов; – проведён анализ современного состояния региональных финансовых центров Китая; – исследованы особенности цифровой трансформации финансовой системы Китая; – построена эконометрическая модель влияния цифровых финансов на развитие региональных финансовых центров; – разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию региональных финансовых центров в условиях цифровизации. Актуальность исследования обусловлена быстрым развитием цифровой экономики, распространением финансовых технологий и возрастающей ролью цифровизации в обеспечении устойчивого развития региональных финансовых центров. Научная новизна заключается в эмпирической оценке влияния цифровых финансов на развитие региональных финансовых центров Китая на основе панельной эконометрической модели. Практическая значимость работы состоит в возможности использования полученных результатов при разработке стратегий цифровой трансформации и повышении конкурентоспособности региональных финансовых центров Китая.

The purpose of the study is to develop directions for improving Chinas regional financial centres in the context of digitalization based on theoretical analysis and empirical research on the impact of digital finance. The study accomplished the following tasks: – examined the theoretical foundations of regional financial centres and digital finance; – analyzed the current state of regional financial centres in China; – investigated the characteristics of the digital transformation of Chinas financial system; – developed an econometric model to assess the impact of digital finance on the development of regional financial centres; – proposed recommendations for improving regional financial centres under conditions of digitalization. The relevance of the study is determined by the rapid development of the digital economy, the expansion of financial technologies, and the growing role of digitalization in ensuring the sustainable development of regional financial centres. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the empirical assessment of the impact of digital finance on the development of regional financial centres in China based on a panel econometric model. The practical significance of the study is that its findings can be used in the development of strategies for digital transformation and the enhancement of the competitiveness of regional financial centres in China.
