Данная работа посвящена разработке проекта цифровизации бизнес-процессов строительной компании на основе внедрения ERP-системы и оценке его экономической, организационной и инновационной эффективности. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: • Изучение теоретических основ цифровизации бизнес-процессов и роли ERP-систем в управлении деятельностью организаций. • Анализ особенностей строительной отрасли и выявление требований к цифровым решениям. • Исследование текущего состояния бизнес-процессов строительной компании и выявление проблемных зон. • Формирование требований к информационной системе и проведение сравнительной оценки ERP-решений. • Обоснование выбора ERP-системы для внедрения. • Моделирование бизнес-процессов в состояниях «как есть» и «как должно быть» на примере процесса управления договорами. • Разработка проекта внедрения ERP-системы, включая этапы реализации, ресурсы и управление рисками. • Оценка экономической эффективности проекта цифровизации. Работа выполнена на базе строительной компании, осуществляющей реализацию строительно-монтажных проектов. В ходе исследования проведен анализ действующих бизнес-процессов, в том числе процесса управления договорами, выявлены проблемы, связанные с разрозненностью информационных потоков, высокой долей ручных операций и отсутствием единого информационного пространства. В результате разработана целевая модель цифровизации бизнес-процессов на основе внедрения ERP-системы 1С:ERP, сформирован поэтапный план реализации проекта, определены ожидаемые результаты и показатели эффективности. Проведена оценка затрат и источников экономического эффекта, рассчитана интегральная экономическая эффективность проекта. Разработанные решения направлены на повышение прозрачности управления, сокращение сроков согласования договоров и создание единой цифровой среды для управления строительными проектами.

This work is devoted to the development of a project for the digitalization of business processes in a construction company based on the implementation of an ERP system and the assessment of its economic, organizational, and innovative efficiency. The objectives of the study were as follows: • To study the theoretical foundations of business process digitalization and the role of ERP systems in managing the activities of organizations. • To analyze the specific features of the construction industry and identify the requirements for digital solutions. • To investigate the current state of business processes in the construction industry. • Formulation of requirements for the information system and comparative evaluation of ERP solutions. • Justification of the choice of ERP system for implementation. • Modeling of business processes in the "as is" and "as should be" states using the example of contract management. • Development of an ERP system implementation project, including implementation stages, resources, and risk management. • Assessment of the economic efficiency of the digitalization project. The work was carried out on the basis of a construction company that implements construction and installation projects. During the study, the existing business processes were analyzed, including the contract management process, and problems related to the fragmentation of information flows, a high proportion of manual operations, and the lack of a unified information space were identified. As a result, a target model for the digitalization of business processes was developed based on the implementation of the 1C:ERP ERP system, a step-by-step project implementation plan was created, and expected results and performance indicators were defined. The costs and sources of economic benefits were assessed, and the overall economic efficiency of the project was calculated. The developed solutions are aimed at increasing management transparency, reducing the time required to approve contracts, and creating a unified digital environment for managing construction projects.
