Исследование посвящено специфике и характеристике подходов к реализации политики Испании и Великобритании по Гибралтарскому вопросу в контексте BREXIT. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: изучить проблему Гибралтара в британо-испанских отношениях до XXI века; дать общую характеристику Гибралтарского вопроса в период с начала XXI века до BREXIT; выявить влияние фактора BREXIT на трансформацию подходов государств по Гибралтару; раскрыть экономическое измерение последствий BREXIT на примере функционирования портовой инфраструктуры; дать общую характеристику социокультурным аспектам эволюции Гибралтарского вопроса; определить перспективы и вызовы решения проблемы Гибралтара в контексте межгосударственных отношений. В работе использовался метод системного подхода, который позволил комплексно изучить историю Гибралтарского вопроса, анализ документов, а также метод сравнения для характеристики подходов Испании и Великобритании к Гибралтарскому вопросу. В ходе работы были спрогнозированы несколько вариантов дальнейшего развития Гибралтарского вопроса.

The research is devoted to the specifics and characteristics of approaches to the implementation of Spanish and British policies on the Gibraltar issue in the context of BREXIT. The tasks given during the study were: to study the problem of Gibraltar in British-Spanish relations until the 21st century; to give a general description of the Gibraltar issue in the period from the beginning of the 21st century to BREXIT; to identify the impact of the BREXIT factor on the transformation of the approaches of states to Gibraltar; to reveal the economic dimension of the consequences of BREXIT using the example of the functioning of the port infrastructure; to give a general description of the socio-cultural aspects of the evolution of the Gibraltar issue; to identify the prospects and challenges of solving the Gibraltar problem in the context of interstate relations. The work used the method of a systematic approach, which enabled a comprehensive study of history of gibraltar question and factors affecting it, document analysis, as well as a comparison method to characterize approaches of Spain and Great Britain to gibraltar question. The study resulted into finding few possible futures of gibraltar question.
