Данная работа посвящена особенностям и стратегическим перспективам развития ирано-китайского партнерства в контексте усиления международных позиций экономик Глобального Юга. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: исследовать теоретические подходы к пониманию концепции «Глобальный Юг»; выявить исторические этапы формирования ирано-китайских отношений в контексте трансформации международной системы; исследовать нормативно-правовую базу ирано-китайского партнерства, предшествующую стратегическому соглашению 2021 года; проанализировать содержание и ключевые положения Всеобъемлющей программы сотрудничества 2021 года; раскрыть проектное измерение ирано-китайского партнерства в ключевых сферах; выявить вызовы и перспективы партнерства Ирана и Китая в контексте усиления позиций Глобального Юга. В работе использовались следующие методы: анализ документов, метод сравнительного анализа при сопоставлении ключевых инфраструктурных и энергетических проектов, метод построения сценариев позволил сформулировать обоснованные выводы о наиболее вероятных сценариях развития ирано-китайского партнерства в среднесрочной перспективе. В результате проведенного исследования удалось выявить стратегические особенности взаимодействия, определить вызовы и обозначить наиболее вероятные векторы дальнейшего углубления ирано-китайского сотрудничества.

This research is devoted to the specifics and strategic prospects for the development of the Iran-China partnership in the context of strengthening the international positions of the economies of the “Global South”. The objectives of the study were: to study of the theoretical approaches to understanding the concept of the “Global South”; to reveal the historical stages of the formation of Iran-China relations in the context of the transformation of the international system; to analyze of the regulatory framework for the Iran-China partnership preceding the 2021 strategic agreement; to characterize of the content and key provisions of the 2021 Comprehensive Cooperation Program; to analyze of the project-based dimension of the Iran-China partnership in key areas; to reveal the challenges and prospects for comprehensive cooperation in the context of strengthening the position of the Global South. The following methods were used in the work: document analysis, the method of comparative analysis when comparing key infrastructure and energy projects, as well as the method of constructing scenarios allowed us to formulate reasonable conclusions about the most likely scenarios for the development of the Iranian-Chinese partnership in the medium term. As a result of the study, it was possible to identify the strategic features of interaction, determine the key achievements of the first five-year period of the 25-year program, and outline the most likely vectors for further deepening Iran-China cooperation.
