Данная работа посвящена исследованию стратегий развития предприятия, в том числе предложение организационно-технических мероприятий по формированию промышленной стратегии. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение отрасли переработки СГК, а также промышленных стратегий развития предприятий. 2. Исследование компании ООО «НОВАТЭК-Усть-Луга». 3. Предложение организационно-технических мероприятий, проектов, необходимых к внедрению в компаниях по переработке СГК Работа проведена на базе ООО «НОВАТЭК-Усть-Луга», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: финансово-экономический анализ, оценочные данные для внедрения. Были проведены расчеты, показывающие наглядно экономический эффект от внедрения предложенных проектов. Расчеты были составлены в MS Excel с учетом ставки дисконтирования мероприятия. В результате было предложено 5 проектных решений, 3 из которых имеют экономический эффект. Другие два предложения также необходимы к внедрению, так как значительно сокращают риски простоя производства и уменьшают вероятность несчастного случая. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы: данные сети Internet, интернет-платформы: eLIBRARY.ru, Scopus, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel.

This work is devoted to the study of enterprise development strategies, including the proposal of organizational and technical measures for the formation of an industrial strategy. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Study of the SGC processing industry, as well as industrial development strategies of enterprises. 2. Research of NOVATEK-Ust-Luga LLC. 3. Proposal of organizational and technical measures, projects necessary for implementation in SGC processing companies The work was carried out on the basis of NOVATEK-Ust-Luga LLC, where a significant part of the factual material was collected: financial and economic analysis, estimated data for implementation. Calculations were carried out that clearly show the economic effect of the implementation of the proposed projects. The calculations were made in MS Excel, taking into account the discount rate of the event. As a result, 5 design solutions were proposed, 3 of which have an economic effect. The other two proposals are also necessary for implementation, as they significantly reduce the risks of production downtime and reduce the likelihood of accidents. To achieve these results, the following methods were used in the work: Internet data, Internet platforms: eLIBRARY.ru, Scopus, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel.
