Цель исследования: выявление и обоснование решений по повышению эффективности проектной деятельности нефтегазовых компаний с помощью BIM-технологий. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Ленгипронефтехим». Методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, сбор и обработка данных, методы оценки эффективности, экспертное оценивание, табличный метод предоставления и обработки данных, SWOT-анализ. Результаты исследования: 1. Рассмотрены теоретико-методологические основы как проектной деятельности, так и BIM-технологии, и опыт их применения. 2. Выполнен анализ финансового состояния компании и определены барьеры внедрения и преимущества BIM-технологии 3. Составлена концептуальная модель и дорожная карта внедрения BIM-технологии и предложен метом оценки эффективности внедрения. Область применения результатов магистерской диссертации: результаты могут быть использованы в практической деятельности нефтегазовых компаний и проектных организаций, осуществляющих проектирование промышленных объектов. Научная новизна исследования: Применение автором метода оценки эффективности с учетом отраслевой специфики. Для достижения полученных результатов в работе были использованы MS Word, MS Excel. Выводы: Задачи исследования решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Выявлены перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The aim of the study: identification and justification of solutions to improve the efficiency of project activities of oil and gas companies using BIM technologies. The study was carried out on the basis LLC "Lengiproneftekhim". Research methods: General scientific research was used: comparative analysis, data collection and processing, methods for evaluating effectiveness, expert evaluation, tabular method of providing and processing data, SWOT. The main results of the study: 1. The theoretical and methodological foundations of both project activities and BIM technologies, and the experience of their application are considered. 2. An analysis of the financial condition of the company has been performed and the barriers to the introduction and advantages of BIM technology have been identified 3. A conceptual model and roadmap for the implementation of BIM technology have been compiled and a method for evaluating the effectiveness of implementation has been proposed. Application  field: The results can be used in the practical activities of oil and gas companies and design organizations engaged in the design of industrial facilities. The  scientific  novelty  of  the  study: The authors application of the efficiency assessment method, taking into account industry-specific factors. MS Word and MS Excel were used to achieve the results. Conclusions: The research objectives have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of the results has been determined. The prospects and directions of further research are revealed.
