Целью исследования является разработка и обоснование комплексной программы организационно-технических мер, направленной на повышение экономической устойчивости нефтесервисного предприятия. Объект исследования: нефтесервисные предприятия России. Предмет исследования: комплексная программа организационно-технических мер. Основные результаты исследования: – изучены теоретические и методические основы процесса повышения экономической устойчивости нефтесервисного предприятия; – выполнен анализ проблем отечественного нефтесервисного бизнеса; проанализирован опыт стимулирования компаний нефтесервисной отрасли; – разработана программа организационно-технических мероприятий; выполнено их экономическое обоснование. Методы исследования: анализ нормативно-правовых актов, относящихся к теме исследования; сравнительный анализ; литературный анализ; анализ и обобщение эмпирических данных; синтез и аналогия; SWOT-анализ. Область применения результатов ВКР – нефтесервисные предприятия России. Научной новизной исследования являются, разработанные автором и экономически обоснованные организационно-технические мероприятия по повышению экономической устойчивости нефтесервисного предприятия. При написании работы для поиска источников использовались Elibrary, Scopus, расчеты проведены в программе MS Excel, графические материалы выполнены в MS PowerPoint.

The purpose of the study is to develop and justify a comprehensive program of organizational and technical measures aimed at increasing the economic sustainability of an oil service company. Object of research: oilfield service companies in Russia. Subject of research: a comprehensive program of organizational and technical measures. The main results of the study: – the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of increasing the economic sustainability of an oilfield service enterprise have been studied; – the problems of the domestic oilfield service business have been analyzed; the experience of stimulating companies in the oilfield service industry has been analyzed; – a program of organizational and technical measures has been developed; their economic justification has been performed. Research methods: analysis of regulatory legal acts related to the research topic; comparative analysis; literary analysis; analysis and generalization of empirical data; synthesis and analogy; SWOT analysis. The field of application of the results of the research is the oil service companies in Russia. Scientific novelty of the research is the authors developed and economically justified organizational and technical measures to improve the economic stability of an oilfield service company. During writing the work, Elibrary and Scopus were used to search for sources, calculations were carried out in MS Excel, graphic materials were made in MS PowerPoint.
