Научно-исследовательская работа посвящена исследованию путей развития внутреннего и въездного туризма на территории Российской Федерации с использованием кластерного подхода на примере ТРК «Северная мозаика». В рамках исследования решались следующие задачи: 1. Обзор туристско-рекреационных кластеров на территории Российской Федерации. 2. Обзор туристско-рекреационного кластера «Северная мозаика». 3. Анализ стратегии развития туристско-рекреационного кластера «Северная мозаика». 4. Выявление проблем реализации проекта по созданию туристско-рекреационного кластера «Северная мозаика». 5. Разработка проекта мероприятий по оптимизации программы развития туристско-рекреационного кластера «Северная мозаика». 6. Оценка ожидаемого эффекта от реализации программы развития туристско-рекреационного кластера «Северная мозаика». Целью научно-исследовательской работы является разработка проекта мероприятий по оптимизации программы развития туристско-рекреационного кластера «Северная мозаика» и оценка ожидаемого эффекта от ее реализации. Основными результатами являются: анализ туристско-рекреационных кластеров на территории Российской Федерации, выявление трендов развития глобальных и региональных процессов в индустрии туризма, оценка эффективности инструментов реализации кластерного подхода на примере реализации Стратегии развития ТРК «Северная мозаика».

The research work is devoted to the study of ways to develop domestic and inbound tourism on the territory of the Russian Federation using the cluster approach on the example of the SEC "Northern Mosaic". As part of the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. Overview of tourist and recreational clusters on the territory of the Russian Federation. 2. Overview of the tourist and recreational cluster "Northern Mosaic". 3. Analysis of the development strategy of the tourist and recreational cluster "Northern Mosaic". 4. Identification of problems in the implementation of the project to create a tourist and recreational cluster "Northern Mosaic". 5. Development of a project of measures to optimize the program for the development of the tourist and recreational cluster "Northern Mosaic". 6. Evaluation of the expected effect from the implementation of the program for the development of the tourist and recreational cluster "Northern Mosaic". The purpose of the research work is to develop a project of measures to optimize the program for the development of the tourist and recreational cluster "Northern Mosaic" and evaluate the expected effect from its implementation. The main results are: analysis of tourist and recreational clusters on the territory of the Russian Federation, identification of trends in the development of global and regional processes in the tourism industry, evaluation of the effectiveness of tools for implementing the cluster approach on the example of the implementation of the Development Strategy of the SEC "Northern Mosaic".
