Настоящее пособие предназначено для иностранных студентов-бакалавров направления “Зарубежное регионоведение”, (2-3 курсов) по аспекту “ Практикум по культуре речевого общения”. Цель данного учебного пособия является консолидация знаний, страноведческого характера и истории международных отношений России и Туркменистана. Данное пособие составлено на основе оригинальных, частично адаптированных текстов, для получения экстралингвистических знаний, в приделах грамматических и лексических тем, предусмотренных программами 2-3 курсов, рассматривающих актуальные события и проблемы социального культурного, экономического и политического характера, относительно вопросов России и Туркменистана. Учебное пособие нацелено на творческую языковую деятельность студентов, развитие умений самостоятельно анализировать страноведческую литературу, давать собственное аргументированное суждение и формировать навыки критического высказывание. Основной задачей учебного пособия является формирование коммуникативных компетенций в области международных отношений. Пособие может быть использовано как для аудиторной, самостоятельной работы студентов, так и для работы в режиме On-line.

The teaching aid is intended for bachelor – degree foreign students of the direction “Regional Studies” in aspect “Colloquial communication culture practice. The purpose of this teaching aid is consolidation of knowledge in the area studies and history of international relations between Russia and Turkmenistan. The given teaching aid is based on the authentic, partly adapted texts, for getting extralinguistic information, concerning actual events and problems of social, cultural, economic and political character, according to the questions of Russia and Turkmenistan. It is and aimed for creative linguistic activity of students, developing skills for producing effective and argumentative thinking and formation of critical speaking abilities. The main task of the teaching aid is formation of communicative competences in the sphere of international relations. The teaching aid corresponds to all the demands in the direction “Regional Studies”, provided by the programs for 2-3 courses of High School of International Relations. It can be used both working with the teacher and individually.
